Steve K, our salesperson, and Glenn B, the sales manager, communicated exceptionally well and played no games with the deal while we waited for the vehicle to arrive. Once at the dealership, the closing process was smooth, fast, and extremely pleasant. Finally, their finance manager Michael J was able to obtain financing that beat the already ultra-low rate we had obtained in advance from our credit union. Overall, our car-buying process with Conicelli Hyundai was as good as it gets and I highly recommend them. More

After months of trying to get warrantied service to fix paint problems on my special edition Ironman Kona, I finally got my car back and it is BROKEN. Never mind the fact that you returned the car with zer paint problems on my special edition Ironman Kona, I finally got my car back and it is BROKEN. Never mind the fact that you returned the car with zero gas in it and didn't bother washing it. The front passenger door lock now only works manually. Maybe that has something to do with the multiple panic alarms I received while my car was in Conicelli's hands? Who knows? Any communication I've gotten through this 3+ month odyssey has only been as a result of me following up on promised-but-never-made return calls. The only reason I will ever deal with Conicelli again is for the warranty service I have through the dealership and not through Hyundai. ZERO STARS. More
