First time I had to have my "new" used Honda Civic inspected. My experience was very pleasant. The waiting room was filled but all the customers seemed content, some watching TV or readying. My car was finished within the time estimate that I had been told. All in all I was very pleasantly surprised and was on my way to work in a wonderful frame of mind. Thank you! More
I deliberately overlook Conicelli Honda in the past when having my Hondas serviced because of some unfavorable experiences by my friends. This is my first experience having my car serviced at Conicelli Honda and I must say that I am impressed with the way they handled the service for my car. They took care of me right away as soon as I got there. They promised to give me a call when they're done with my car or if they found something else that need to be attended to immediately. They did that, not unlike the other dealer where I used to go to in the past in which they will call you sometimes. So it's up to me to give them a call to find out if my car will be ready by the end of the day. I have found a replacement to my favorite Honda dealer, and this is where I'm going to the next time around. More
I own a 1997 CRV which I bought new, and have been a Conicelli customer for over 10 years. To put it in a nutshell, I absolutely LOVE this dealership in every way. Especially the service staff. They are the most capable, knowledgable, trustworthy and friendliest people on the planet. I have dealt with the same representative, Steve Smith for all these years and would never want to trust my vehicle to anyone else. I never have to second guess their diagnosis and trust them implicitly regarding what work is necessary and fair prices for parts & labor. And Patty Garbo at the service check-out counter is the best! I plan to try to purchase a new vehicle in 2010, finally, but if at all possible, truly prefer to stay with a Honda, and most importantly with Conicelli. Conicelli understands what customer service is all about. They are not just a dealership, they are a part of me and my family, and I would hate to have to look anywhere else for my new car. I purchased my Honda Accord from Conicelli. I like the shuttle service. The drivers were always pleasant. When I entered the service area I was always greeted warmly by Patty Carbo. It is very important to have a mechanic provide honest assessments of repairs presently needed and be made aware of future repairs that may be needed. This has allowed me to drive with confidence over the years without fear of breaking down. My only regret before sending this email is I've probably left out something more I could have said to show my appreciation, but I'm sure you get the point. Thank you. More
I had my car serviced for a recall service that cost me nothing. It has been my previous experience with recall services most dealership shuffle you in and out and seem to resent having to provide this ser nothing. Not so with Conicelli, I felt this dealership focused on the both the "customer" and "service" aspects of customer service. I was greeted immediately as I pulled into the service area. A service employee (sorry, I don't know his name) directed me into a parking space asked my name and the type of service I needed. When we walked into the service area he introduce me to a Service Manager who greeted me with a smile and called me by name during the course of the conversation in which he provided an explanation of what would be done, the expected time the service would be completed and answered my questions. He then introduced me to Steve and the Orange Team as the ones who would do the actual work on my car. Upon, picking up my car (earlier than promised) my car door was open and held as I got in, a courtesy which is lacking in today's world; especially in dealerships customer service. I found all the staff I encountered at Conicelli to be friendly, patient, respectful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Conicelli truly lives up to their advertisement,they have put the "nice" in Conicelli. The world today is in such turmoil, being treated as a valued customer bring peace to our world one person at a time. I would gladly recommend this dealership to family, friends and co-workers. More
I brought my Honda CRV in for inspection, oil change and also because I heard a noise. Conicelli was able to get me in the same day I called. As usual, I was met with friendliness, hospitality and a "what can I do for you" attitude immediately. But they are not actors. They really mean it. They WANT to help. They wrote me up and kindly directed me to wait for my shuttle which took me right to my store so I could open up for business. Conicelli called me at work and talked to me again about the noise and said they would check it out. Later they checked back with me to tell me my car was ready and the shuttle would be coming to get me at 3:00p.m. when I close my store. I was taken back to Conicelli and even though I had only a few minutes before called to tell them I had forgotten about a bulb being out, it was all fixed. I am writing this because this is not the first time I have been to Conicell. I bought my Honda there and always go there for service. I am 56 years old and have owned a few cars in my day. NEVER have I received the wonderful caring, courteous and expert service that I get at Conicelli. If I didn't know better, I would think I was family. That is how they treat me.
