I have been a part of Conicelli Honda since 2003. I keep leasing honda's because of the great sales and service center at this facility. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I own a 2003 honda accord and am currently leasing a 2012 accord and a 2013 civic. The service department is wonderful. Patty at the front desk is always happy and cheerful and always says hi when I walk in. Steve Smith and Marc (who sits next to steve) are wonderful. I have dealt with Steve since 2003 when i got my first honda. I have only dealt with him when I need service. If Steve is unavailable I work with Marc. They are both extremely friendly and are a joy to work with. Conicelli is very lucky to have these three individuals working as part of there service team I will continue to be a part of Conicelli Honda for a long time. More

My name is Leslie and I own a 2009 Honda Civic, which I purchased in February 2012. My salesman, Nate Simon, had told me that there was only a master key for the car, but he would check for a spare or have purchased in February 2012. I forgot about it for a few months, but reached out to Nate about a week ago to see if it was still an option. He gave me a phone number to call, and Harry in Service made an appointment for me to have the key made, free of charge! I went to Conicelli on Friday, August 17, 2012 to get the new key, and while I was there, asked if I could possibly get an oil change as well. John was the Service Assistant who helped me, and he was EXTREMELY accommodating. It's the second time I've gotten service on my car since February, and I am so pleased with Conicelli, and felt a nice note was warranted. Thanks so much to all! Brought my vehicle for its service at an appointed date and time. Arrived 15 minutes earlier but nevertheless was attended to right away. Reviewed the items that were agreed to be done including the pric and time. Arrived 15 minutes earlier but nevertheless was attended to right away. Promised a 90-minute waiting time, but only a little over an hour heard my name on the PA system saying my car's ready. Paid at the cashier's window and off I go. No sweat in dealing with these group of people from the Service Department. Haven't popped the hood of my car yet to check if they really worked on my car, but I fully trust that these people wouldn't risk ruining their reputation just for a shoddy service work, even perhaps their privilege to carry the Honda brand. I recommend the Service Department of Conicelli Honda. More

Called and was transferred to voicemail, left message at 8:30 am, never got return call until I called again at 3:30 pm 3. Supposed the car is detailed after the work, there is dirty hand print on the leather seat, and multiple areas with adhesives that used during repair left on the car. 4. Requested state inspection. They added on oil change without my authorization. They did address these issues when I complained. Which they offered a free detail and free oil changes. Nonetheless, lost my trust with these guys. I feel they are not on top of their job, and disdonestly added on service if you dont carefully read your bill. More

I have an incredibly demanding job with hours that make finding time to service my ancient car almost impossible. Furthermore, their staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Brent Miner. I actually have an Acura, not a Honda, but I now only take my car to Conicelli Honda because I have never had such outstanding service from any Acura dealership. More
I needed to get my vehicle inspected, from the time I walked through the door I had nothing but a pleasant experience. I first went to the front desk and spoke with Patty, who directed me to the team tha walked through the door I had nothing but a pleasant experience. I first went to the front desk and spoke with Patty, who directed me to the team that would be servicing my CR-V, Patty was very helpful and gave excellent cutomer service. I then spoke with Chris who took my information. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon, just like they said it would be. Chris called and said my car was ready and explain what was done. I picked up my car, Patty checked me out, gave me my keys and directed me to my car. Thank You Patty and Chris for doing a great job and making my visit to Conicelli a pleasant one. More
