Whenever I go to the shop for service, I am greeted by one of the most friendly person. She is always bubbly and greets you with a smile. Patty Carbo is always apologetic because I am having issues wit one of the most friendly person. She is always bubbly and greets you with a smile. Both of these person are truly asset to your company. When you are having problems with your car you are already unhappy about the circumstances , Patty Carbo makes you feel that the issues that you have are not a bad as you think. Even though you know that the service guys will fix the problem, Patty makes you feel better about the situation. Patty Carbo, I want to thank you so very much for being a good friend and for your part in my purchasing a new car from Conicelli. You are an asset and I am sure the powers that be a Conicelli knows that. But just incase they don't Here you go . I just stopped in to get my car serviced the other day, and they were wonderful! I was in and out super quick getting a new battery, Mark was extremely nice, and Patty is always a delight! I am always amazed at how friendly and warm they are. When I decide to finally upgrade my car, I will definitely be buying from here!! More
For over 10 years now I been taking my vehicle to this dealership for it's required service and maintenance. On most occasions I have been blessed to have had Steven D. Smith as the service personnel thro dealership for it's required service and maintenance. On most occasions I have been blessed to have had Steven D. Smith as the service personnel through whom I interface. Steven has demonstrated that he can be trusted. I trust his findings and I trust his analysis and he always treats me fairly. For his work over the years I will consistently give Steven a high five rating. More
have had my 2013 Honda Accord lease for a year as of December 2013. I have been serviced here at least 3 times with every time being horrible. Every time I have been here, the service center has me wait December 2013. I have been serviced here at least 3 times with every time being horrible. Every time I have been here, the service center has me waiting at least over an hour before they come tell me about the issue with the car. The part is that I know the issue and scheduled the appt to get it fixed!!! If i have an appt for a known problem and scheduled in a week in advance, don't you think they should have what I need by that time already and get my car fixed? This had happened to me twice now with having flat tires and needing a new tire. One time I had to reschedule my appt for a tire when they knew I needed a tire. They scheduled the appt and told me they would have the tire and then come back to me after waiting forever saying they don't even have the tire in stock. This is a huge convenience for someone who has a day job. Waiting 4 hours for a new tire my second time around Is absolutely ridiculous. I also had to come back here for them to reset my service light since they didn't do it when I got my car inspected and serviced a week prior. That shad been a real pain since my service light came on a week after getting the car checked. If you are looking for quality service, this place is horrible. As my first lease experience, i have had nothing but bad experiences with this company every single time I have been here, not including the beginning of the sales buying process!!! Beware of Conicelli service promises because ooh far they have not been truthful to me from the start. More

However, I need to mention my last service experience as it has raised the bar with my e the past 6 years. My experience has always been very good. Marc Varallo really helped diagnose some of the issues with my car and was able to fix the issues in a timely fashion. He was very courteous and professional. However, a most pleasant experience with Conicelli is the friendly, polite, and warm greetings from Patty Carbo, a receptionist at Conicelli Honda Service Center. Patty greets you immediately and asks how she can be of assistance. She inquires about not only the performance of your purchased vehicle, but about you, your family, work, etc. She is the first person you interact with when you walk into the Service Center and her cheerful and pleasant 'Hello!
