Service manager meds customer service skills, badly. I bought my second new car from Conicelli in September 2009. Honda Civic EX with the dark blue metallic paint. The roof and one fender had to be repai I bought my second new car from Conicelli in September 2009. Honda Civic EX with the dark blue metallic paint. The roof and one fender had to be repainted for clear coat failure about 18 months ago. Now the trunk, back fender, other front fender, tops of doors and sides have the same problem. When I asked Mark, the "service manager" about a rental car, he said no, Honda doesn't do that. I said that was unfortunate and I will not buy another Honda. He said that's your choice, but at least they are going to fix it. Thank you so much. Honda is going to fix their own problem and that deserves an attaboy? It's nice to know you don't care if you lose customers. More

I moved away over a year ago and still take the time to bring my car back to Conicelli because of their thoroughness, their outstanding service, their honesty and their integrity. Anthony was my service rep this time, and Russ took the appointment. Both were wonderful to deal with, as usual. My car was in and out, and everything that was needed to be serviced was explained to me before I approved the service. They even gave me tips to help out small things going forward. I love these guys at Conicelli Honda! More

A Rare Occurrence Perhaps? Brought my Honda for its Service Maintenance appointment which was scheduled a few days in advance. Check-in was prompt and I was attended to right a Brought my Honda for its Service Maintenance appointment which was scheduled a few days in advance. Check-in was prompt and I was attended to right away by one of the most amiable Service Advisors of Conicelli Honda. Quickly reviewed what I requested to be done on my vehicle and was advised to help myself over to the Customer Waiting Lounge at the adjacent structure. Included in the requested service is Code A which is the Oil and Filter change, plus topping of fluids and other minor vehicle inspection. Total wait time was about 2 hours. When my name was announced through the PA System saying my ride is finished and ready, signed the customary paperworks and of course the payment, then I was done. But it has been my habit to check and verify the work that was done on all my vehicles, as long as I am able to check it safely and easily. And the oil is ALWAYS on my list. Went and popped the hood then took out the dipstick. Lo and behold, I saw towards its very tip that the oil doesn't look as clear as what I was expecting. Thought that maybe that was just an aberration so cleaned the dipstick with a white tissue then dipped it again. Alas it's still the same. This could only mean one thing, at least from my viewpoint. Went back to Conicelli Honda and laid out my concern to the Service Advisor, the one who processed my original Service Request. He gave me a quizzical look, stating how is it possible for my engine oil to become dirty as I was claiming if it was just changed a few minutes ago? Showed him the tissue I used to wipe the dipstick showing the dirty oil. He went to my vehicle and checked the oil for himself, and saw that it was not as clear as a fresh oil would look like. My issue was then passed on to two other Service Advisors, who, like the first SA gave me a skeptical look. But they changed their tone when I showed them the same tissue I showed to the first SA. The way I look at it, it could either be: 1) The oil was not changed at all, perhaps the Technician wasn't paying attention to his task on hand, or worse, tried to cut the edges of his work (but unfortunately bill me for the full Labor Price in the process); or 2) The oil was changed, but not the Oil Filter. Same speculation as #1. I take pride in taking care of all my vehicles, all of them Honda, gently driving them at ALL times. And I don't let 3rd-party shops handle its service requirements, just Honda Service shops. And the result shows, with all my Hondas requiring no more than its regular service maintenance without any surprises tucked in it. The good thing was the Service Advisors promptly rectified the issue by having the oil change process redone. True enough, when I checked it the second time it came out the way I expect it to be: Clear and Smooth. I'm not going to pin Conicelli Honda because of what happened. I have more than 7 years of service relationship with this company and I am very satisfied with the work done on all my Hondas through those years. This was maybe a rare, albeit a freakish one, but it was corrected to my satisfaction so no harm done. Conicelli Honda still has my 100% approval and would still recommend it. More
I love Conicelli Honda! I recently moved away from the area, and took my car to another Honda dealership, and while I will not state my issues here with the other dealership, I recently moved away from the area, and took my car to another Honda dealership, and while I will not state my issues here with the other dealership, I will provide my comments about the excellent service I have had and continue to receive when I bring my vehicle to Conicelli Honda. I love that when you make an appointment, they are actually very prompt, and efficient, and the wait time is very short. They actually work on your car when promised. The cashier is extremely friendly, and always asks if there are any questions or concerns with the bill. The costs for repairs here are extremely reasonable. The team of guys who assist you when you walk in are great. They acknowledge you immediately, and make sure that they ask you if there is anything additional that you need other than the reason you made an appointment. I am so glad that I moved back to this area and can continue to take my car to Conicelli Honda! These guys are the best! More

Paul and I had a couple of e-mail exchanges before I visited the shop because I had questions about a few used cars they were advertising then. This was the first car which I was going to buy entirely for myself, and furthermore, I am not a native speaker of English, so I was a little apprehensive about talking to the agent, but Paul made the purchasing process very easy and comfortable for me. He was conscientious, patient, kind, and never pushed me into anything which I couldn't decide quickly. I am very happy about my Fit, which he recommended to me. I should also mention that my experience with Conicelli's service department has been very positive as well. Fortunately, I haven't had any problem with my Fit so far, and I just finished the second annual inspection at Conicelli recently. The service department staff is always courteous and at the same time, very professional. They seem to be very well organized and to work in a systematized way, so I can trust their work. Although the location of the shop is a little far from where I live, I have no intention to switch to a nearer shop. More
My car can't be certified. Purchased a Certified 2010 Honda Accord Coupe with 17,500 miles. I've had the car for ten months and have put 5,600 miles on the car. Bad wheel sensors, 4 dry rotten tires that Michelin said wouldn't pass my first inspection and now problems with the rotors. After showing proof that Michelin would discount a full set of tires at 40% Conicelli finally agreed to pay my part. Now that I'm having problems with my rotors and my steering wheels shakes they don't feel responsible enough to fix them even though I paid over 21k for a CERTIFED CAR and have only put 5,600 miles on the car. I don't feel the damage done is mine. Will not recommend anyone to buy a car from conicelli. It's just not a happy place to do business. More
