I am not just a Number,I am a Person,& treated as such.I am always addressed as "Mr.Murray".This shows that I am Respected too,& I love it.Then the purpose for my visit is explained to me in Simple,Easy to Understand Terminology,so that I can make the Best decision of my repair needs.How about that? I am not "Forced" into Unnecessary Repairs,like other Dealerships do.I am getting the Best repair relevant to the service needs of my vehicle.That means I can trust Conicelli Honda about any, & every repair service I need/or will need.This is not just an Experience,this is always the Experiences that I have whenever I go to this dealership.I am Comfortable there,& I experienced is again,when I took my vehicle in for service on the 4/19/17,the service was just as Excellent then, as it always is !! Routine Car Inspection Plus!! I came for a routine annual car inspection and when John Rooney came back to talk with me in the waiting room, he explained how I passed inspection bu I came for a routine annual car inspection and when John Rooney came back to talk with me in the waiting room, he explained how I passed inspection but highly recommended that I have the from brakes replaced. I have dealt with John before and other service writers as well, and all have been very nice and informative when necessary. But I found John to be especially patient with my questions and his answers were complete and descriptive. When I received a follow-up call for the Service Manager to thank me for returning to the dealer for service (I've never gone elsewhere!), I felt compelled to let him know what I thought of Conicelli in general (all good!) and John's abilities. My next car will probably be another Honda CRV!!!! maybe a 2016?? More

Convient Service Appointment My Honda Pilot needed front brakes and an oil change. I dropped the vehicle off the night before and requested that I get it back by 1pm the next day. I received a call from my Service Rep, Steve Smith to confirm all the services performed on my car and the price. I was also told my vehicle would be ready by 10:30 am and that the courtesy shuttle would be sent to my house to pick me up. I have used Conicelli Honda many times for service and they consistently deliver, while exceeding my expectations. Thanks! More
