The dealer handled my problem very fast and were knowledgeable about my car's problems just with a description over the phone (I did find said info through the tubes on the Internets using The Googl knowledgeable about my car's problems just with a description over the phone (I did find said info through the tubes on the Internets using The Google). The shuttle service was good. The only problem that we had was when we first walked in, it took 5 min before anyone (and each station had a service man without a customer) would look at us. No one bothered to say "we'll be with you in a moment" or "someone will help you shortly." The dealership service area is a veritable obstical course. I am glad that I don't mind tight spaces. I hope that I don't change my mind about this dealership. It's very close to my home. More
