Tire Light Sensor Just wont stay off My car tire light has been coming on every week or so for at least the last six months. You would think that I work for Audi as much as I have been t My car tire light has been coming on every week or so for at least the last six months. You would think that I work for Audi as much as I have been there to have this issue resolved. Each time after they tell me it's corrected the light comes back on after no more then 3 days of me picking up my car. You would think that if this is continuing to occur they would replace the wheels. They have replaced sensors, had the bends taking out of the wheels still I have this annoying light that keeps coming on. I will now try another dealer to see if they can correct the issue. Not sure why the Conshohocken dealer could not resolve the problem. More
Minor damage to rear bumper was not repaired properly I recently had repairs made to my 2017 Lexus Rx350. The car was in their shop a full two weeks, after taking the car home and opening the rear hatch I recently had repairs made to my 2017 Lexus Rx350. The car was in their shop a full two weeks, after taking the car home and opening the rear hatch I noticed a sizable gap between the bumper and door gasket. Large enough that you can now see behind the bumper. I took the car back in, they put it up on a lift for 15 minutes, brought the car out and said they fixed it. The gap was still there and no better than before they started. I was told that the clips were snug and that they could do no better. I cannot recommend this shop because they were not able to restore the car to preaccident condition. More

Conicelli Auto Body handled everything about my repairs, from getting me in, to dealing with the other driver's insurance company, to calling me with regular updates on my car. They were always available to answer questions. Their service was thorough and they were always polite. My car looks better now than it did when it was new! Not only did they fix the damage, but they detailed my vehicle inside and out. Wonderful service, great workmanship, highly recommend! More
As part of the Toyota Extension of warrenty I have purchased, I asked a question to Mark Elmore about the scuffed passenger side rim on the phone. Mark arranged with a ouside vendor who would repair the rim, and promptly called me and asked me to come in on Monday, 3/11/13 to get it repaired. Mark arranged a round-trip shuttle for me. The rim was repaired perfectly and made me VERY happy. Mark was very sincere and coutious from the beginning to end; he even took me out to check the repaired rim before handing me my car key. Mark is an employee that Conicelli dealership should be treasured for his hard work and I would not mind to go back to him in the future service. Thank you, Mark. More
Their customer rep, Lauren, was rude,not truthfull,argumentative,and condensending, certainly not qualified for a customer relationships position. She has to get the last word in and almost gave me a heart attack from the frustration. Their estimator said that it would take 7-8 days to do the work and gave an appraisel for $3088. The insurance copmany adjuster gave an appraisel for $3025, which I did not see or know about, and alotted 8 days for car rental.. As a result, the body shop did not do all of the work and left a badly scrathced panel undone, althought the repair of the panel was included in the body shop's estimate. They never told me about this problem, did notoffered to do the complete repair for an additional $50, and let me take the car without comment. It should be noted that Lauren said that it would take three weeks to repair the car, stating it was a week per thousand in damage. Then she bragged about having the car ready in 8 days, saying it was detailed, which it was not, still having dead bugs on the bumber. More
