Service was completed professionally and on time. Arrived at my appointment time that I scheduled on-line the night before. Rick Dougherty met me as I exited my car. The service that I had scheduled when I made the appointment was explained thoroughly and I was given an estimate that was close to my final bill. Work was performed in the time frame that Rick said it would be completed. Car is running great. This is our family's 12 car purchased from Reynolds and I have most of my scheduled servicing performed here. Rick is always very helpful and professional. More

Slow to complete I experienced a long period of time in obtaining and installing a door latch on my Edge. To be fair about the situation there may have been condition I experienced a long period of time in obtaining and installing a door latch on my Edge. To be fair about the situation there may have been conditions that I am not aware of. Perhaps there is inadequate number of staff in the shop to handle the workload. Then of course there is a question on the availability of factory parts. I know that a dealership would not have the space or finances to support a larger inventory so there must be a warehouse not too distant that replacement parts may be obtained within hours. In the spirit of fairness I will give Reynolds Ford another opportunity to prove themselves. Charles More

Service representative Rick Dougherty was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is with Ford. This is the second time this switch/sensor has been replaced within 29,000 miles and there is a shortage of the parts in the inventory. This appears to be a fleetwide problem that Ford should have taken responsibility for. I like the car and will probably have to get the part replaced a couple more times before I replace the car. Very disappointed in that aspect. More
