Mr. Schultz, I thank you for taking the time to speak with me om May 16th pertaining to your visit to our Service Department. Again, I apologize for our lack of attention during the initial write up process of your repair order. As I mentioned to you in our conversation, if the wheel was bent and there were no signs of impact, it would be a warrantable repair. If you could provide me with the damaged wheel and there were no impact marks, I would be happy to facilitate a refund, and process it under warranty. Again, please accept my apology.
