Josh was amazing. Very courteous. Offered to call the driver to take me to my office. When my truck was finished he called me and said he had applied for the rebates on my behalf. They are terrible!! Had customer satisfaction done on my front driver side door latch. They act like they didn't want to do it. Took all day. Got my vehicle back that afternoon. No headlights. Had headlight front driver side door latch. They act like they didn't want to do it. Took all day. Got my vehicle back that afternoon. No headlights. Had headlights when I took my vehicle in and now I don't. Called the back the next service day. They are saying they didn't mess with the the headlights. You can come pay for a diagnostic. I checked the fuses. Both were blown. Replaced them they blew again. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! More
Beginning of last month till now me and my wife sent our car to get worked on in Norman at Reynolds ford, I bought the car brand new there due to knowing most everyone from working there in the past, and I car to get worked on in Norman at Reynolds ford, I bought the car brand new there due to knowing most everyone from working there in the past, and I was having work done that was on us due to rats chewing some wiring. We payed our part, got it fixed and went and picked the car up. We get a mile down the road and The skid plate was not put on right and fell forward dragging and almost ripped the dang thing off. We took the car back they fixed it then called us said it was ready. We picked the car back up then got it home (45 minute drive both ways) and found a big long scratch all the way down the passenger side of the car. Reynolds Ford of Norman Oklahoma would not fix the damage! The car was there for nearly a month and the scratch was NOT on the car prior to taking it the first time. They said they would buff the scratch out and called told us the car was done so we drove 45 minutes back up there to get the car and it looked like they didn’t do a thing. The area that needed buffed was still dirty and the scratch was still there. Kenny the service manager said it was not their problem because it didn’t happen at the dealership, said they would not and could not fix it because of this! The car was and still is brand new, we barely drive it and the car had absolutely no damage prior to dropping it off to get the wiring fixed. Martin Wiley, which was the salesman at the time of purchasing our car and James Hall now working at England Ford, Hinton Oklahoma took our problem and made it theirs and fixed everything! They never asked questions just listened to our experience and said we will have someone there to get your car and it will get fixed! These two men are great people, great to every individual they come across and always try their best to exceed all your expectations!! I wanted to write this to let it be known there are great people in the car business, salesman can get a bad reputation but there are always a few out there you can trust even after they’ve made their sale!! I dropped off the vehicle first thing on day 1, I was told they would most likely look at it by the end of day 1 and if not for sure first thing on day 2. At the end of day 2 I called and was told that they were behind and they were working on the vehicle and it would be done first thing on day 3, early afternoon on day 3, I walked there and found the vehicle in back parking lot and it appeared it had not even been looked at. I went in and asked my service adviser Josh about the delay. I had asked for a rental vehicle to start with and was told that they needed to evaluate the vehicle first, on the afternoon of day 3 I again asked for a rental vehicle and was given one. Two hours later I was called and told the vehicle was done and to come pick it up. I picked up the vehicle and was told it was finished. One issue was the significant drop in gas mileage and second issue was the drivers front tire wheel well was loose and rubbing against the tire. after leaving dealership I realized the wheel well was still loose and after returning home I took my vehicle to dealership where I purchased the vehicle and was shown the notes from Reynolds service department. Basically, they disconnected the battery to reboot the system and that is the service I received. No mention of the wheel well. Reynolds Ford did not come close to meeting my expectation of service and was not honest with me. Very disappointing and frustrating when you have purchased a new vehicle and cannot even depend on a dealership to be truthful with you More

We were experiencing a strange situation, and he JUST happened to pick up the phone when they were busy. Within 30 minutes, he PERSONALLY drove to pick me up, get me into a courtesy vehicle and the vehicle was fixed properly right away! I didn't even have to return the rental! Someone brought my Explorer (Evelyn) back home and picked up their car! His story is inspiring and he is beyond amazing. In a day and age where it's nearly impossible to be NOT frustrated, much less SATISFIED as a customer we were absolutely DELIGHTED!!! We were already a customer, but thanks to his kind treatment, we will be loyal to Reynolds Ford in Norman FOREVER. **As long as it's being ran with Ken's leading spirit of humanity and ACTUAL customer service!** We are actually in the market for another pickup, so I'm certain we will see them soon! Mr. Hines, I want to truly thank you for your above and beyond treatment of my wife, Amy Singleton, regarding our 17 Explorer, Evelyn.
