I had setup an appointment early in the week for 10am Friday 12-20-24 to get my 2023 Ford F150 Limited serviced, warranty repair and a recall. I arrived at 9:50. The service advisor was advised I need to Friday 12-20-24 to get my 2023 Ford F150 Limited serviced, warranty repair and a recall. I arrived at 9:50. The service advisor was advised I need to be gone by noon for another appt giving them 2 hours. At 11:10 and after waiting for an hour and twenty minutes as I walked out of the customer lounge I observed my pickup was just getting pulled in for service. They had not touched it. Why make an appointment if it doesn’t mean anything? I will not be returning to Confidence Ford of Norman to get service going forward.. More
My 2023 f150 power boost lariat was purchased in November and has been to the shop 3 times already with about 8700 miles. Two times I was told everything checked out fine regarding the error code of high vol and has been to the shop 3 times already with about 8700 miles. Two times I was told everything checked out fine regarding the error code of high voltage warning. Now it’s in the shop for malfunctioning power train. First new truck I’ve ever bought with this many problems and no one seems to want to resolve my issues from Ford! In my opinion a new truck should last longer than 8700 miles while still under warranty!! More

Bought a pickup out of town. Brought it to Reynolds for a bumper to bumper inspection. The entire service group was very professional, communicated through each step. My vehicle was vandalized while being serviced at Reynolds Ford in Norman. The tailgate was stolen off my pickup. The service manager said I was lucky they didn't steal my catalytic converters as wel Reynolds Ford in Norman. The tailgate was stolen off my pickup. The service manager said I was lucky they didn't steal my catalytic converters as well, and wished me luck with insurance and filing a police report. More
I took my car in because it kept over heating and I was about at my wits end and decided to take my car to Reynold's. So I called the service department and spoke with Josh and told him what was going on. about at my wits end and decided to take my car to Reynold's. So I called the service department and spoke with Josh and told him what was going on. He told me to bring my car in and he would look at it and see if they could figure out what was going on. He later called me and told me that my vehicle had a few recalls and one of the problems had done a lot of damage to my engine and he took the time to get Ford to fix my vehicle for me at no charge. Since it was going to take a few weeks for my vehicle to be fixed and seeing that I had no other vehicle, he arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle at no charge to me. After around 4 weeks he called me and said that my vehicle was ready to go. I went and got my vehicle back and turned in the loaner vehicle and there was no charge and so far my vehicle seems to be fixed. Josh was always very helpful and nice when I spoke with him and he told me if I had any questions or any problems to let him know. I must say I am very impressed and so glad I decided to take my vehicle to Reynolds Ford. Now I know why my dad when he was looking to buy a Ford vehicle he would only go to Reynolds Ford and ask for Dale Daniels because my dad trusted him to be honest. Good job and thank you for such great service!! More
I wish zero stars was an option. Sales dept is OK, but the service dept should be avoided. They do shoddy work like forgetting to tighten bolts and not putting protective plastic on your seats when they g the service dept should be avoided. They do shoddy work like forgetting to tighten bolts and not putting protective plastic on your seats when they get inside it while having oil, grease, and dirt on their shop uniforms. Also, Reynolds Ford cares nothing about customer satisfaction or loyalty. My month-old 2021 truck (that I purchased from them) was heavily damaged by hail when they left it outside 4/28/21 for over 24 hours before ever even looking at it, and it was only brought in on that specific day and at that specific time because that's when they told me to bring it in. I had no way of protecting my vehicle from the storm since it was on their property, entrusted to their care. Additionally, the only reason it was at their dealership was because of a manufacturing defect. And even though they have an on-site body shop, there was no offer from them to bring my vehicle back to the condition it was in when I left it in their care. All they cared about, especially GM Mike Lang, was denying fault and telling me I am on my own with the repairs. When I asked him about getting help with my $1000 deductible, even possibly through their body shop doing the repair work, Mike's response was that it was my choice to have a $1000 deductible on my auto policy and that's not his or Ford's fault. That's a terrific answer. So between Ford Motor Co. and Reynolds, who share blame in my truck having $11k worth of hail damage, neither care about future purchases, future service/maintenance work, or the satisfaction of a customer whose vehicle was basically still in the delivery phase because they were waiting on a part to correct a factory defect. They will probably spin this and reply that they don't control mother nature. This isn't about that. It's about a horrible response to the needs of a customer who purchased 2 brand new, special order cars from them a month ago, one of which was almost destroyed partly due to theirs and Ford's ineptitude. Reynolds Ford revealed their true colors: they love you when you're in the buying process but will drop you like a bad habit when that's done. In that regard, they are just like all the other car dealers they claim they are better than. More

Very awesome, I didn’t driver to take me to my office. When my truck was finished he called me and said he had applied for the rebates on my behalf. Very awesome, I didn’t even know there was a rebate and I would have never remembered to submit it. Jamie was incredible too, she looked up all my various rewards to get me a discount. They are terrible!! Had customer satisfaction done on my front driver side door latch. They act like they didn't want to do it. Took all day. Got my vehicle back that afternoon. No headlights. Had headlights when I took my vehicle in and now I don't. Called the back the next service day. They are saying they didn't mess with the the headlights. You can come pay for a diagnostic. Beginning of last month till now me and my wife sent our car to get worked on in Norman at Reynolds ford, I bought the car brand new there due to knowing most everyone from working there in the past, and I car to get worked on in Norman at Reynolds ford, I bought the car brand new there due to knowing most everyone from working there in the past, and I was having work done that was on us due to rats chewing some wiring. We payed our part, got it fixed and went and picked the car up. We get a mile down the road and The skid plate was not put on right and fell forward dragging and almost ripped the dang thing off. We took the car back they fixed it then called us said it was ready. We picked the car back up then got it home (45 minute drive both ways) and found a big long scratch all the way down the passenger side of the car. Reynolds Ford of Norman Oklahoma would not fix the damage! The car was there for nearly a month and the scratch was NOT on the car prior to taking it the first time. They said they would buff the scratch out and called told us the car was done so we drove 45 minutes back up there to get the car and it looked like they didn’t do a thing. The area that needed buffed was still dirty and the scratch was still there. Kenny the service manager said it was not their problem because it didn’t happen at the dealership, said they would not and could not fix it because of this! The car was and still is brand new, we barely drive it and the car had absolutely no damage prior to dropping it off to get the wiring fixed. Martin Wiley, which was the salesman at the time of purchasing our car and James Hall now working at England Ford, Hinton Oklahoma took our problem and made it theirs and fixed everything! They never asked questions just listened to our experience and said we will have someone there to get your car and it will get fixed! These two men are great people, great to every individual they come across and always try their best to exceed all your expectations!! I wanted to write this to let it be known there are great people in the car business, salesman can get a bad reputation but there are always a few out there you can trust even after they’ve made their sale!! Thank you James Hall and Martin Wiley!! More
