After speaking again with Ed Rider (who made the financing painless & went the extra mile to be sure we were taken care of) we were introduced to Stephen Clark who listened to our needs & concerns, addressed them all and gave us several pieces of information that we should have received from the first salesman. We will definitely be working with him on any other questions that arise. Randy Priest made sure that a small repair issue was handled quickly and efficiently and that we were satisfied before we left the dealership. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Reynolds Ford/Norman and they are still our dealership of choice. Problems happen, but we have every confidence that they will make everything right! More

He listened to our preferences for auto exterior color and interior details and quickly found exactly what we were looking for. We took a test drive and after discussions about the attributes and features and pricing with John we looked at the other auto we had been thinking about at another dealership. That dealership insisted we take the car overnight for a trial. We were undecided between the two autos, so we returned to the Ford dealership. John was not scheduled to begin work for several hours. Mike Lang approached us inside and we asked if we could keep the car over night to compare to the other brand. Rick was very friendly and helpful, and cheerfully accommodated our request. Keeping the car over night clenched the deal. We were able to get our adult children's opinions as well. We retuned the following day and purchased the Escape. John, Mike and Linda were all extremely helpful. More

Reynolds Ford of Norman I recently had a catastrophe with the vehicle that I have had for the last 7 years. I was not mentally prepared to purchase a new car and was put in a situation that I had no other choice. Reynolds Ford was the first and last dealership that I went to in order to find the car that I needed. I was so stressed about the whole situation that I was a little nervous about going in and feeling like I had to purchase a car today- Going to Reynolds and working with Trevor Davison, Jerry Pittman and Linda Hughes in finance was the best possible scenario for me! I felt like I was looking for a vehicle with family. They worked all day to find the perfect car and to get me the best financing that I could possibly have! Reynolds also had a vehicle on its lot in N. OKC we wanted to see and Scott had it brought to the Norman location so we only had to go one place. As a long time Reynolds customers (14 years)...we've always drove away with a great vehicle and have always had solid service. A few years back I wrote a review against one of the gentlemen in the service department and I must at this time retract that review. The review was placed as a knee jerk reaction based on my frustration and simply put....lack of understanding. Recently...we had an issue with our sons new car and took it in so the issue could be checked. I was simply amazed that even after my unwarranted prior review of Bryan...he has been nothing less that a true professional. Not only did Brian understand the current issue with our sons car....he took the time to explain it in detail to the both of us so we fully understood what the problem was and what they could/could not do to correct the issue. The extra time and effort taken to explain and insure we knew what was going on was much appreciated. Thank you Bryan Beninger for taking the time with our son and for giving myself a chance to correct the past. More

I pulled into the service department and was greated with a friendly response as always. Rick identified the problem and had a service worker from the back come out and fix it immediately. And since it was just a clip that had come off, he didn't charge me for putting a new clip on!! I had my six children in the van and we were in and out in no time.
