Reynolds Ford of Norman I recently had a catastrophe with the vehicle that I have had for the last 7 years. I was not mentally prepared to purchase a new car and was put in a situation that I had no other choice. Reynolds Ford was the first and last dealership that I went to in order to find the car that I needed. I was so stressed about the whole situation that I was a little nervous about going in and feeling like I had to purchase a car today- Going to Reynolds and working with Trevor Davison, Jerry Pittman and Linda Hughes in finance was the best possible scenario for me! I felt like I was looking for a vehicle with family. They worked all day to find the perfect car and to get me the best financing that I could possibly have! Just what I wanted Went in looking for a used car and ended up with a new car for the same price! Salesman searched for just what I wanted and gave us a great deal. We were given all the options and none of the pressure unlike some unpleasant experiences at other dealerships. This is my second car with Reynolds and I have been very satisfied with the service. Nice buying experience with NO pressure!! Reynolds also had a vehicle on its lot in N. OKC we wanted to see and Scott had it brought to the Norman location so we only had to go one place. We had a great experience dealing with Scott Womack and Ed Rider. P.S. we drove over 4 hrs, so thanks again for the great experience. More

As a long time Reynolds customers (14 years)...we've always drove away with a great vehicle and have always had solid service. A few years back I wrote a review against one of the gentlemen in the service department and I must at this time retract that review. The review was placed as a knee jerk reaction based on my frustration and simply put....lack of understanding. Recently...we had an issue with our sons new car and took it in so the issue could be checked. I was simply amazed that even after my unwarranted prior review of Bryan...he has been nothing less that a true professional. Not only did Brian understand the current issue with our sons car....he took the time to explain it in detail to the both of us so we fully understood what the problem was and what they could/could not do to correct the issue. The extra time and effort taken to explain and insure we knew what was going on was much appreciated. Thank you Bryan Beninger for taking the time with our son and for giving myself a chance to correct the past. More

Paul and Levi were excellent sells men, who made it an enjoyable experience for all of us. Ed Rider was our Business Manager, who made everything possible. I pulled into the service department and was greated with a friendly response as always. Rick identified the problem and had a service worker from the back come out and fix it immediately. And since it was just a clip that had come off, he didn't charge me for putting a new clip on!! I had my six children in the van and we were in and out in no time. I am so appreciative for Rick and his service department! Thanks!! More

I always check to see if the amenities, i.e., floor vacuumed, windshield cleaned, or wash (periodically) is performed. Reynolds does a pretty good job with the aforementioned. More
TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!! Was traveling through Norman, OK and broke down south of OKC. I called another dealer that was closer to our break down and explained our familys situ Was traveling through Norman, OK and broke down south of OKC. I called another dealer that was closer to our break down and explained our familys situation, and was shocked at being told it would be 3-4 days to look at our battery light. I searched and found Reynolds Ford 9 miles away and called. I spoke to Brian in service and explained our situation, he not only assured me that he could get looked at right away, but called LA towing for us. We were towed in and had to replace an alternator. We were back on the road in less than 2 hrs, I tried to tip him and he looked at me and said "I'm just doing my job" I couldn't believe it. My regular dealer at home in Dallas needs to take pointers from this dealership!! TOP NOTCH!!!!!! More
Best car buying experience ever! Sales person did not have exactly what I wanted on the lot, but instead of trying to sell me something else he made arrangements to have the vehicle e Sales person did not have exactly what I wanted on the lot, but instead of trying to sell me something else he made arrangements to have the vehicle equipped like I wanted in less than a week. No pressure sales, listened to my needs and delivered! Compared several other dealers pricing and looked up the rebates they were using. Actually beat their price without the deceptive rebates which I would not qualify for anyway. Financing worked the same way. Compared several different financing methods (with and without the rebates) and arrived at a very creative solution to get me the best price and the best interest rate. No hidden fees or surprises....the price quote from the salesperson was the price I paid for the car. I have come to dread the car buying experience, but Scott and Sean definitely worked to get me what I wanted. I will return for my next purchase. More
