Since there was not a vehicle on the lot with the specific options and color we wanted; he located one for us and had it delivered. He explained how to use the navigation and control options very clearly and detailed. Any questions we had, he was glad to answer. In the financing, Sean made it quick, easy, and painless. It is not uncommon for Scott to return my emails within minutes or hours, including providing detailed, research material on the subject at hand. He is a very talented and thoughtful professional.
