I highly suggest them if you are just starting out. I can't wait to tell my kids my own Ford story. More

He was very knowledgeable about the car, the differences between the models and could not have been more friendly or more helpful. I've had a few bumps in the road with my credit, but the finance department has always found financing and never made me to feel embarrassed about my imperfect credit. The process was perfectly transparent every step of the way, and the deal has always been fair. I will only drive Mustangs, and I will only buy them from Reynolds Ford! More

Extremely pleasant experience After visiting literally dozens of dealerships in the 5 weeks we were searching for a car, this was BY FAR the friendliest and most customer oriented After visiting literally dozens of dealerships in the 5 weeks we were searching for a car, this was BY FAR the friendliest and most customer oriented place we visited. The staff was even very friendly among themselves (this speaks volumes) They had exactly what we were looking for so the salesman didn't really have to work too hard at "selling" us and we didn't try that hard for a great deal because we felt it was fair to start with and didn't want to spend a lot of time with the back and forth process.That being said, our salesman was knowledgeable, professional and just overall fun to deal with it. Linda, in the finance dept, made that part easy and painless. She was awesome! I have complete confidence that if we have any issues at all with our vehicle that they will do whatever they can to take care of it. We left feeling great about our purchase and will definitely be back. More

We knew exactly how much we were paying, wha This is the first dealership that I have ever been to that was completely transparent in their dealings. We knew exactly how much we were paying, what we were getting for our trade and what they were submitting BEFORE they submitted our credit. In addition, we were privy to which banks were offering loans, and the details on those loans. This was a really great experience. I will recommend them to everyone we can. More

Experience with sales person Ryder was very polite and very helpful. He did not pressure us in any way. After we purchased the vehicle, he explained the workings of the vehicle Ryder was very polite and very helpful. He did not pressure us in any way. After we purchased the vehicle, he explained the workings of the vehicle (which was great since I sometimes have trouble switching to a new vehicle). He also was very helpful in moving our belongings from our old vehicle to the new one. I would highly recommend this salesperson to someone else. Our finance person was also great. He did not say "I am going to throw in" and then add several dollars to what he "threw in". He was fast but efficient and explained everything to us. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, probably the best we have had in purchasing a car. More
