A gentleman by the name of Levi assisted us right away. We were pressed for time I had 3 hours before work and big storm coming. Well after we chose the 2014 ford focus and got into the office with Ed Rider, remember his name, look for him. Mister ed rider got me and my fiancé into the deal we wanted. four days later I get a call saying that equifax has a freeze on it and to life it. I had never froze anything with my credit, well I called the number and it was a robot through the whole thing. So I went to ford and talked to Ed Rider and we got a person to talk to who said fax this information over and it will be done in 48 hours. Well 7 days have passed and it's having issues still, it seems to be that I don't exist in the eyes of equifax. Well tired of the bull that equifax had been shoving down our throats and being on the phone for 15 mins the first time, the second time he got to somebody who spoke English and was able to help us out right there and get the deal taken care of. Mister Ed Rider is in my books a truly great man who doesn't just care for a paycheck but also his customers. He had spent a total amount of 50 mins on the phone and had taken care of what they said would be months wait if your ever in need of a car and wish to get a great deal, not be screwed over, then this is the place. Because of Ed Rider we can breathe easy knowing we have a brand new 2014 ford focus that had maybe 40 miles on it when we got it More

Slow to complete I experienced a long period of time in obtaining and installing a door latch on my Edge. To be fair about the situation there may have been conditions that I am not aware of. Perhaps there is inadequate number of staff in the shop to handle the workload. Then of course there is a question on the availability of factory parts. I know that a dealership would not have the space or finances to support a larger inventory so there must be a warehouse not too distant that replacement parts may be obtained within hours. In the spirit of fairness I will give Reynolds Ford another opportunity to prove themselves. Charles More

Now it really was not the dealer fault completely because the vehicle had to be picked up in Arkansas and driven to Oklahoma. Still this was a great disappointment. again lies, untrustyworthy and don't follow thru w/ promises Very very shady. We had our loan guarantee thru our credit union and advised them of this and this was Saturday, but finance still wanted to pull our Very very shady. Had to get the vehicle from another dealership and therefore I didn't want to sign any agreement until I personally inspected the vehicle. Price was set and on Monday Linda faxed over the purchase request with $2500 more to the agreed amount. Since I took pictures of the documents and agreed amount of selling price including all rebates and our trade value. Reynolds Ford was like...hmm are you sure..? Said yea do you want copies of it? Then questioned how I had that information. Really?? After all the negative reviews I posted that's when I received calls from various people within the dealership asking me to please change my reviews and offered free tickets to Branson, MO never arrived..once again a lie from the dealership...THIS IS the WORST Dealership out in America... That's very disturbing, shady and unethical...but again they're all crooks. More

I injoyed my time with mr. campbell and everyone there.
