When i picked up the car the young man who retrieved by car was rude, i said thank you to him and he didn't even respond and when he was asked to retrieve the car he acted like he was being bothered. If he doesn't like dealing with the public then he should find another line of work. Tammy was great and very nice and helpful. I appreciate her professionalism. More

Kristian did an excellent job helping us pick out our truck and if he didn't know the answer, he found someone who did. Finance person, Ed, put together a good deal. What I liked the most is they didn't try to sell me a payment. I was told exactly how much the truck was, how much I was getting for my trade, and what incentives I was getting before we went to finance. Ed in finance didn't try to hide anything. Told me exactly what my rate was and we went from there. Dealers need to make money but they weren't trying to stick it to me. The dealership down the street, well, I'll leave it at that.... I'll look at Reynolds first if/when I buy a new car in a few years. More

Quickest car deal ever! Pouring rain at 7:30 on a Tuesday evening, my salesman Jordan ran out to meet me. He willingly walked around in the rain as I narrowed down which vehi Pouring rain at 7:30 on a Tuesday evening, my salesman Jordan ran out to meet me. He willingly walked around in the rain as I narrowed down which vehicles I was interested in. We proceeded inside their beautiful new showroom to discuss the differences in the chosen vehicles. Jordan politely offered me coffee from a fancy coffee machine (I had a vanilla cappuccino that was quite delicious). He quickly brought the print outs for the vehicles. As we were discussing their differences, the used car manager was evaluating my trade in and by the I decided which car I wanted they had a trade in value for me. Our price negotiation only took a few minutes as Eric, the new car sales manager, was ready to make a deal! He was easy going but very straight to the point. There was not a lot of back and forth which was awesome! Franco, in the financing department, was super friendly and super fast! Overall, the gentlemen at Reynold's were extremely friendly and expedient. I will certainly be back for my future purchases. More
