He willingly walked around in the rain as I narrowed down which vehicles I was interested in. We proceeded inside their beautiful new showroom to discuss the differences in the chosen vehicles. Jordan politely offered me coffee from a fancy coffee machine (I had a vanilla cappuccino that was quite delicious). He quickly brought the print outs for the vehicles. As we were discussing their differences, the used car manager was evaluating my trade in and by the I decided which car I wanted they had a trade in value for me. Our price negotiation only took a few minutes as Eric, the new car sales manager, was ready to make a deal! He was easy going but very straight to the point. There was not a lot of back and forth which was awesome! Franco, in the financing department, was super friendly and super fast! Overall, the gentlemen at Reynold's were extremely friendly and expedient. I will certainly be back for my future purchases. More

Instead of taking me out into the lot and just browsing cars, we went inside and they had us sit down and asked about what kind of car I wanted and what features, and most importantly what my overall budget was. I was AMAZED that they actually found a car in their system that matched exactly what I wanted and only looked at two cars at this dealership before I decided on my car. I test drove it and the whole buying process was incredibly easy and not an all day affair. I think we spent less time total at Reynolds than I did looking at cars at other dealerships. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They knew my budget and worked to get me exactly what I wanted. More
