At the end of my rope with this dealership. I've had my truck in their service department 5 or 6 times to try to fix an issue that began as a result of their own service (tire rotation). Issue was opened in the beginning of July and I'm still trying to get anyone to fix this. Now I have a one year old truck (which I love) that wobbles every time I get it up to 65. A completely fixable issue that they have blamed on everything but themselves. My only option now is to force them to take the truck back, which I hate to do because I do love the truck. Service department calls me back one out of three times. The GM was supposed to call me, has not. Luckily it's such a good looking truck I get compliments all the time. Which is always a chance to tell someone every other day to make sure not to go to Reynolds Ford in Norman. More
