At the end of my rope with this dealership. I've had my truck in their service department 5 or 6 times to try to fix an issue that began as a result of their own service (tire rotation). Issue was opened in the beginning of July and I'm still trying to get anyone to fix this. Now I have a one year old truck (which I love) that wobbles every time I get it up to 65. A completely fixable issue that they have blamed on everything but themselves. My only option now is to force them to take the truck back, which I hate to do because I do love the truck. Service department calls me back one out of three times. The GM was supposed to call me, has not. Luckily it's such a good looking truck I get compliments all the time. Which is always a chance to tell someone every other day to make sure not to go to Reynolds Ford in Norman. More

I took my car in because it kept over heating and I was about at my wits end and decided to take my car to Reynold's. So I called the service department and spoke with Josh and told him what was going on. about at my wits end and decided to take my car to Reynold's. He later called me and told me that my vehicle had a few recalls and one of the problems had done a lot of damage to my engine and he took the time to get Ford to fix my vehicle for me at no charge. Since it was going to take a few weeks for my vehicle to be fixed and seeing that I had no other vehicle, he arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle at no charge to me. After around 4 weeks he called me and said that my vehicle was ready to go. I went and got my vehicle back and turned in the loaner vehicle and there was no charge and so far my vehicle seems to be fixed. Josh was always very helpful and nice when I spoke with him and he told me if I had any questions or any problems to let him know. I must say I am very impressed and so glad I decided to take my vehicle to Reynolds Ford. Now I know why my dad when he was looking to buy a Ford vehicle he would only go to Reynolds Ford and ask for Dale Daniels because my dad trusted him to be honest. Good job and thank you for such great service!! More

Contacted by Nickey Jones from on line sales department after I "built" my F150 on the Ford web site.
