Mr. Bridges, Your vehicle has been inspected, and is operating as designed. The larger wheels and tires your vehicle is equipped with in addition to the aggressive tread pattern will produce a different ride quality than a stock vehicle would. I understand you want to save face on here, but your own service people have admitted to me there is a wobble there that wasn’t there previously. I drove the truck for 8 months I know how it is supposed to ride. You may wanna coordinate your story with Josh in service because he has been agreeing with me that it shouldn’t do that and that it isn’t the way it was sold to me. the only thing I’ve been told from Josh is that you all have been trying to get SCA to figure it out and haven’t gotten anywhere. At no time of the half a dozen visits and 30 phone calls has anyone said anything about my truck “operating as designed”. Until this post. Guess you have plenty of time to save face on the internet but still haven't had time to call me and talk to me in person. Not shocked.

Mr. Doan, We do, and did apologize for the scratch in your tint that occurred during the removal of your door panel for the recall in question. We were glad to replace the tint at our expense, and while we had your vehicle as to not inconvenience you anymore than necessary.
