A great place to purchase a vehicle from, ask for Jason! My wife and I had just taken our 2009 Mazda 6 in for service at Reynolds Mazda in Norman, Oklahoma. We were told that we would need a new part a My wife and I had just taken our 2009 Mazda 6 in for service at Reynolds Mazda in Norman, Oklahoma. We were told that we would need a new part and it would be shipped, all covered under warranty. So, we found we had some time on our hands and the Ford dealership was next door, my wife and I felt that this would be a good opportunity to investigate and possible drive the Explorer model, at this time we were not in the market to buy, but wanted to see what the Explorer was like, as I had been researching them since the redesign in 2011. My wife had a specific set of minimum requirements, such as 7 person seating, dual moon roof, and colors of red or blue. My requirements was a strong engine, my wife likes power for getting on the highway with a fully loaded vehicle, tow package, dual heat air, and a good safety rating. What we found at Reynolds Ford of Norman was a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2016 Explorer Sport with 7 person seating, to my surprise. The salesman Jason Benson was nothing but professional in working with us and answering all our questions, even as we test drove this CPO vehicle. In short we found it very much to our liking, even though it was black on black! There were minor details like floor mats, and coatings to protect the vehicle. What was nice there was never any pressure to buy, we were so pleased with Jason and the 2016 Explorer Sport that we committed to purchase it right then, note my wife is not a spontaneous buyer. The price was right, so we traded the 2009 Mazda 6 in for it as my wife need more room for the growing number of grandkids. I highly recommend Jason Benson to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Janson has been willing on more than one occasion after the sale to answer our questions, or even insure our Explorer would look the best it can by actually giving of himself by cleaning off residual coating over spray on some plastic exterior components. He goes over and beyond, and gives customer satisfaction new meaning! After talking to Jason we were introduced to Dan Smith part of team Reynolds Ford, he was very professional and saw that we had already committed to purchasing at a much reduced price interior and exterior coatings to prolong the life of the materials as well as warranty replacement material if necessary. Dan did not try to pressure us into buying anything else, but did show us other items that we might consider. It was a good discussion and Dan remained a professional throughout the time we were in his office and on the campus of Reynolds Ford. We than proceed to the financial office where we met another wonderful team member of Reynolds Ford of Norman, Franco DelCastillo. Franco, made our experience very pleasant and he too exhibited a professional attitude while working with us to protect our investment and purchase what we needed only. Franco used no high pressure tactics, and kept the conversation light and friendly throughout the transaction. When we had questions after the sale he was there to support us in a very professional manner. My wife and I truly love our new Explorer, and could not be happier with the way we were cared for at Reynolds Ford of Norman. Thank you Reynolds Ford for a great experience! I had some experience w/ another dealership in OKC and wasn't impressed with the level of customer service. From the moment I drove on the lot at Reynolds, Sunny Tyrney was top notch. She was the exact type of sales rep I wanted to work with. She listened to what I was looking for, wasn't pushy and didn't try to get me in anything I didn't want. She followed up over the course of the next week and we closed the deal a few days later. She took her time and made sure we found exactly want I wanted. She was patient with me when I had her run different numbers and options on several different trucks and Daniel kept crunching numbers till we found the sweet spot. When we found the right fit she got me in w/ Franco and he continued the great service I had been receiving. As a full time sales guy who runs a large sales organization it was hard not to recruit these people over to my TEAM. Thanks Reynolds Ford for the great buying experience, I know where I will return when it is time to upgrade again and where I will send my referrals! More

Went in to look at a used Jeep Rubicon. Very nice. Stopped by 2 days later for a test drive. All went well. Salesman(Tyler) said he'd get the numbers on the Jeep and get right back. I was in a hurry so was about to leave when he returned. Explained that the price was FIRM, it was priced fair and there were a LOT of people interested(nobody buying it but calling and emailing saying interested). No room at all - nope. Okay, so I'm leaving and he introduces me to his manager whom he'd gotten the numbers from. Mike Wicker is his name. Shook hands and he said that's a one price vehicle with no negotiation. Suggested something on their website saying such since many people feel a trade-in towards a new vehicle would afford the dealer a little room to negotiate. He said, and I quote "Our intelligent customers will do their research before coming down for a drive and know the price is fair." So, you're saying I'm not intelligent? No, I didn't say that. You sure as xxxx did! If I'm not an "intelligent customer" then that puts me in the "unintelligent customer" category doesn't it? He tried to shake my hand mumbling have a good day and went back to his cube. This is just incredibly poor customer service and it was obvious that Mike Wicker doesn't feel Reynolds Ford needs my business so I guess in the end he got what he wanted because I'll take my uneducated self to another dealer for my $40,000 purchase. More
Sold a lemon to an Active Duty Army Soldier This place sold my 18 year old son who is Active Army, a Jeep that now has to have the engine replaced after having the car for less than 2 months!!!! When I called them, I was informed by a sales manager "Mike" that "at the end of the day we don't stand be hide our used cars" My son is 2 days away from leaving for desert and now he's having to stress over this lemon the Reynolds Ford sold him! WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE WHO SERVES OUR COUNTRY!!!!!!! More

Scott Womack was our salesman and put a lot of time into helping our family. He got us what we needed and wanted for the price we wanted in less than to two weeks including having the van brought from Arkansas to Oklahoma.
