I had to leave for a short period of time to get a couple of things that were needed and instead of just waiting around all day on me, he made a phone call to make sure everything was going fine and don't once get frustrated that it took a little to come back to the dealership. He even offered multiple time to get us drive ks since we were there for so long and even offered us some food while we were there. John. Will definitely do the best he can for his customers when working out a deal, try to make him your salesman if you can, great guy. More

Had a great experience buying my Explorer at Reynolds. There was very little pressure and my wife and I feel we got the best vehicle for the price. We also feel like we received the maximum value for our trade. Jason, Randy, and Mike were all very helpful. It was nice to deal with people that did not have the normal car sales mentality. They were all very honest. Sean did a good job of closing the deal quickly since it was late. The only issue I had was waiting over an hour to get to finance but other than that it was good. More

They were not pushy and were helpful in every way possible. Jason Benson did a terrific job and was a fantastic salesman. I would recommend going to buy a car from him every time. In fact, next time we buy a new car we'll go straight to Reynolds and Jason. More

I was already pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted from research I did with a recent Consumer Reports for 2017 vehicles.. Jason gave me more information and was able to answer questions I had. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Getting to see the finance people took some time, but overall went well. Ken Lowery helped make the experience what I expect of professionals. Hoping the service department is well versed in dealing with customers who need their vehicle serviced. Thank you. More

We're both busy professionals so scoured the internet rather than driving from dealership to dealership hunting for the exact/close-to-exact vehicle. I located a truck on Autotrader, went directly to the Reynolds Ford site, and emailed my husband. He called the dealership and was connected with John, our salesman. We made it there late afternoon, test drove the truck, and we really liked the price and John. Negotiations were simple, we were preapproved so getting through financing was simple. Both John and Franco were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. I will send family and friends to John and Reynolds whenever they need a new vehicle. The truck had not been through their service checklist (it was a newly-arrived trade-in) so we went back the following day to pick up the truck. Getting that service report was worth the wait--new brakepads, lube, fluids, etc. More

Jason Benson w My husband and I have been searching for our perfect vehicle for a while. We had initially decided to come and test drive a used truck. Jason Benson was our salesman and he answered all questions, gave us time to talk, and even helped us once we changed our minds completely to go with a new one. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable, he helped us to find the perfect truck for us in our price range. Once the sales portion was over we were able to meet Sean, he was amazing. He was kind, friendly and very professional. We will recommend Reynolds Ford in Norman to all of our friends! Thank you all for being so kind! -Shelby and Daniel Cunningham More
Great service Bought a certified used car about three months ago. A small problem arose that was still covered under warranty. The issue was resolved quickly. Partial Failure I have only good things to say about my sales guy. He was everything you want in a car vendor - pleasant, helpful, nice guy all around. However... I have only good things to say about my sales guy. He was everything you want in a car vendor - pleasant, helpful, nice guy all around. However... I bought a vehicle sight unseen, and had it shipped to me. Yes, I know it's incumbent upon the buyer to explore a sale like this via alternative methods, in absentia. I had asked my sales guy to inspect the vehicle for me carefully, with specific items to scrutinize in particular detail, and report to me about everything, so there would be no surprises. This is a big Ford dealer, so they go through all their trade-ins and fix anything egregious, as a standard routine. I was looking for a high-res narrative with every small oddity...just so I would know in advance. He did this, detailing every little ding and minor cosmetic flaw. This dealer uses an unusual choice of language in the descriptions of any car with over 100k miles. They automatically refer to all such vehicles as "fixer-uppers" in their ads on Autotrader, cars.com, carsforsale.com, autogurus, and any other online ads. According to three different guys I spoke with, on three different occasions, that language does not mean what the rest of us think it means. Supposedly it only means "over 100k." This is why I was especially detailed in my questions about this vehicle. Because to the rest of us, "fixer-upper" means "needs repair." So, I get the thing delivered, and everything is fine, but it has a cracked wheel. Okay, so my sales guy missed that in his detailed account, fair enough. I called and asked if there was anything they could do to help me out, particularly in light of the extensive questioning and eyeballing that had been done. I said it wouldn't take much to make me happy, I'd be fine with a used wheel that was structurally sound. After talking to Manager A, who read me the "fixer-upper" language verbatim off the ad, and after leaving numerous messages for General Manager B who has not responded, I've given up. As an extra layer of fuss, I had to chase down the clerical staff to get them to send me the title, which took three weeks. This, for a vehicle I paid for in full. Reynolds Ford sells vehicles to out of state buyers all the time, under these exact circumstances, or so I'm told. It's not supposed to be unfamiliar territory. But once they have payment in full, the customer service evaporates, at least in my experience. More
