Are first one was totaled last week so we needed another car quickly are insurance company has done great and told me to go ahead and buy one I called Steve we talked he got me online picked out several cars. Steve kept walking out into the heat of the day described them to me. I drove down one night looked at them but at that time we still did not know the other car was for sure totalled. When we did find out for sure called Steve we talked picked out a 2016 Mazda 6 he rechecked it over made sure everthing worked we talked price got that worked out. He took several minutes to talk to us before we began our shopping experience. We were ushered into the General Manager's office, Mike Lang with whom we have dealt many times before. He assigned us to one of the regular salesman, Tyler Evans. Tyler is a very courteous and friendly salesman who is not pushy and listens to the customers desires. We had to have an electrical braking system removed from our trade in vehicle. Tyler saw to it the brake and all of it's components were removed and he kept them in his office until we could get them. I hope Tyler is still working at Reynold's Ford the next time we buy a new vehicle. Tyler is one of the best sales people I've ever.dealt with. More
