From that moment on, Reynolds Ford took me under their wing and showed me what a true New Car Buying experience should look like. From my rep, to the sales manager, customer service manager and financing, they held my hand with such care and grace without ever talking down to me or making me feel like I was just another transaction. So we talked to Steve he showed us the new Explore we drove it My other half loved it so we bought it. Now the tricky part is we just bought a new house and had paid off the Mazda so I asked Fronco what we could do He came up with the Idea of a one pay lease . Team Approach Separated Them From All the Others It had been nearly 10 years since my wife and I had purchased a new car; obviously a lot has changed. We looked at Chevys, Buicks, and Fords, driving It had been nearly 10 years since my wife and I had purchased a new car; obviously a lot has changed. We looked at Chevys, Buicks, and Fords, driving several models from each manufacturer, several times, investing nearly two months in the process. The dealerships we chose not to purchase from, fell short in several ways. Some aggressively pushed the most expensive cars in their line even after having asked us what we wanted. Some used pressure, indicating that if we didn’t purchase now, we may not get another shot at a particular option set. Two urged us to buy from on-hand stock, rather than order the specific car we wanted. And, frankly most were a bit indifferent once they found that we were serious about shopping and driving many cars. It seemed they just didn’t want to invest the time. Reynolds Ford was different. Jeremy was a no-pressure young man. He listened to everything we said, and worked with us, allowing us to drive several cars over 9 or 10 days. When we disliked something, he asked questions to find out exactly how he could help, and then put in the time and leg work to address our concerns. Doug worked with us to find the specific car we wanted, and identified cost-savings that we were unaware of. Sean worked with us to close the deal, and was very patient over the course of two evenings, as we had many, many questions. Earning our business was a team effort, and I’m sure I’m leaving out 1 or 2 Reynolds Ford representatives who also helped us through the process. My wife and I are pleased with our choice of Reynolds Ford. The people made all the difference. More
