Once we agreed upon a price the rest of the process was quick and painless. Usually takes a couple of hours just to get through the financing part but they got me out of there within about an hour. Sean did our financing and I have to say it was the easiest car loan process I've ever experienced. He explained all the extra's and warranty stuff that I wasn't particularly interested in but when I declined the service, he didn't try to make you feel like you just made the biggest mistake of your life. I did purchase a bed liner, tonneau cover and window tint from the dealership and they were quick to get it installed. Overall this experience exceeded my expectations. More

Ford Escape My salesman, Ben, was knowledgeable, friendly and overall great to work with. Sean, in finance was pleasant as well. I bought my car on the last day o My salesman, Ben, was knowledgeable, friendly and overall great to work with. Sean, in finance was pleasant as well. I bought my car on the last day of January and left under the impression all was fine. I got a text the next evening around 5:45 asking me to come back in as there was an error with the paperwork. The VIN for the vehicle was incorrect. I drove back to the dealership at 7 pm to get this error taken care of only to be treated like I was at fault. I was simply trying to read over the contract to ensure no changes had been made. Being asked to re-sign the paperwork wasn’t the issue, mistakes happen. The issue was the way I was treated by Joe, the last financial officer. I would definitely recommend Sean for any financial needs! More
