He had a wonderful balance of salesmanship but was also honest. He spent hours even after he probably should have been off work to help. He was persistent but not in an overbearing way. He made you feel important and would do what he could to the best of his ability to help. There are not enough stars to rate on how well Steve did. I did not give the dealership full amount of stars because after discussing everything with Steve and having an understanding,the manager tried to involve himself in the sale. I understand assisting staff with sales but a rappor was already built with Steve and he understood why we would have to come back to finalize purchase. The manager came across disingenuous and pushy with a strange demeanor. The leasing guy did not seem to care, came across judgmental, and did not seem to try as much as he could have. On multiple occasions he did not return phone calls. Steve had been calling me and had to remind him to call me multiple times. However I’m aware of how busy people can get and can only do what they can. I highly recommend Steve. Everything is online now but he makes the car buying experience great. He makes the experience personable and educates as best as possible with refreshing honesty. Sales is his profession but he takes his time to make sure it’s the car you want. More

Car shopping experience I had the best salesman, Tyler Easton at Reynolds Ford when I purchased my car last weekend. However, I wish I didn’t have to purchase a new car under I had the best salesman, Tyler Easton at Reynolds Ford when I purchased my car last weekend. However, I wish I didn’t have to purchase a new car under the circumstances. This dealership sold me a lemon and I had brought it back 6 times in under a year to get the car looked at, and had to have 2 transmission replacements during that time. They admitted to knowing it was a lemon once I complained about the vehicle and offered to help me get a new one. I knew this was going to be the only dealership that was going to give me anything for this car. Tyler worked VERY hard to get what I deserved out of the old car and get me into a newer, more reliable, more affordable vehicle. The person who helped me get the financing for the car, JT, was also amazing. He worked very hard to get me the best possible rate and payments he could. I don’t trust car salesman because I have learned the hard way that they will sell you a crap car for their own benefit, however, I was impressed with Tyler and his drive to make this right. Also, NEVER go to their service department. They are a bunch of rude, hateful people who will never get the job done right or in a reasonable amount of time. They will also try to make you pay out of pocket for things that your warranty covers. A bunch of snakes if you ask me. More
