Steve was amazing. Very friendly. Made us feel welcome. However when we had to go to the last part, the financing, not so much. First, I was already approved for the loan with a check in my hand. He told me he didn’t want my check because he would make more money financing the vehicle. When I told him I could go somewhere else that would appreciate my money, he changed his tone a little. Still didn’t feel like he cared about me or my family when signing all the paperwork. If it wasn’t for Steve, I would have left the dealership and gone somewhere else. More
