My car was sold to me without matching lug nuts or the jack that went with the car. Clearly this was not found until AFTER I left the dealership...and ended up with a flat tire...which I could not change jack that went with the car. The service department is full of arrogant, belittling, disrespectful men who seem to think WOMEN are stupid. Clearly if you quote me 30-50$ when I drop off my car..regardless of whether it is your department or not...I do not expect a $120 bill upon arrival. Please check your male ego at the door and lower your voice as you do work in customer service. More
