I'M A BUSINESS OWNER I DON'T HAVE TIME TO LOOK ARROUND OR PLAY DEALERS GAMES,I KNOW MY CREDIT , I KNOW WHAT I WANT, I CONTACT THIS DEALER I TOLD THIS GUY WHAT I WANTED BLACK CAR, LESS THAN 40K, 2010 AND UP, PLAY DEALERS GAMES,I KNOW MY CREDIT , I KNOW WHAT I WANT, I CONTACT THIS DEALER I TOLD THIS GUY WHAT I WANTED BLACK CAR, LESS THAN 40K, 2010 AND UP, V6 FUEL ECONOMY,FOR LESS THAN 20K I TOLD HIM I HAD A CADI AND I LOVE IT BUT GIVES ME TOO MANY PROBLEMS.. FRANCO FOUND A CAR FOR ME WITH THE SAME EQUIPMENT FROM MY CADI WITH OUT THE PROBLEMS EVEN CETERFIED WHICH I HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS TILL HE EXPLAIN ME THAT IS A COVERAGE AGAINST PO. I WAS IN THE DEALER FOR 20 MINUTES WENT IN CHECK THE CAR SIGN PAPERWORK AND I WAS OUT.. WHICH WAS EXCTLY WHAT I WANTED. I COULDN'T BE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. HE CALL A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH MY BUY HE DID THE RESEARCH FOR ME GAVE ME THE OPTION , NO RUN ARROUND I HAVE ALWAYS HATED DEALERS..BUT I'M IMPRESS More
Over the last three years me and my wife have got 5 new cars from Rynolds Ford in Norman Oklahoma, I went to the new cars sales manager Jon morgan and he presented a price on the vehicles that was good. Th cars from Rynolds Ford in Norman Oklahoma, I went to the new cars sales manager Jon morgan and he presented a price on the vehicles that was good. The last vehicle we bought was a 2011 F150 4X4, Jon Morgan had to search for this vehicle because he did not have what I wanted on his lot. he located one and advised me that it would be on his lot the next day, He shortly called me back and stated he noticed the vehicle had 411 gears and knew I was looking for milage so he could not sale me this vehicle knowing it would not get the milage I was looking for. He cancled that vehicle and located one that would work for me. The whole experance was good from start to finish each time. I buy alot of vehicles and have delt with many dealers, This dealer has treated me great each time, I will be back to their lot the next time I am ready to buy a vehicle. More
What a great service experience. Rick was very helpful and they fixed faster than I expected. I won't go anywhere else with my F150. They even gave me a ride to the mall while I was waiting for the repair and they fixed faster than I expected. I won't go anywhere else with my F150. This rating refers to their other shop located at 7320 NW Expressway. Their service dept is pathetic. Taken car back 3x for the same issue in 11 days. Keep getting the excuse “we can figure out what’s wrong” Expressway. Their service dept is pathetic. Taken car back 3x for the same issue in 11 days.
