We purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition from Reynolds Ford Norman in 2007. What a great vehicle this was for our family! The service was great and the price was right, so when we decided to trade the Expediti Norman in 2007. What a great vehicle this was for our family! The service was great and the price was right, so when we decided to trade the Expedition in 2010, we decided to travel from our home in Hugoton, KS to Norman, OK to return to this same place. Franco hooked us up with a 2010 Ford F150 4X4 that is wonderful. He was very helpful in finding what we wanted to meet our towing needs for our RV and the comfort we had in our Expedition. We negotiated for quite some time on the price, and finally Franco was even able to give us the price we desired. We were about to leave, and I got to talking about our love of Mustangs, and what do you know? He hooked us up with a 2005 Mustang convertible that same day!!! What a salesman! He has since called us several times to see how things have worked out with the vehicles. He provides exceptional customer service and was professional and fun all at the same time. This time, we also got into a situation with a competing dealership, and this is where Franco set himself apart from most salespersons I have dealt with. We explained our offers and Franco kept working as hard as possible to give us the best vehicle at the best price. During our negotiations, Franco assured me that even if we bought from someone else, he was interested in knowing we were happy with our vehicle and offerred to help us out with features and any questions we may have had. Let me say that again -- Even if we didn't buy from him -- he still wanted to be involved and help us out. When it became clear the other dealer wouldn't be able to fulfill our expectations Franco immediately jumped on the opportunity and sealed the deal with us. But this was my first experience with Reynolds Ford and Mr.Franko Delcastillo a new car and truck salesman for Reynolds Ford. Mr.Franko Delcastillo was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions also worked hard to find me the truck with everything I wanted on it. After checking prices at four dealerships Reynolds Ford had given me the best price. The finacing was taken care of by Mr.Ed Rider. Mr.Rider explained every form throughly and left no questions unanswered very professional. Reynolds Ford was a good experience for me, I would recommend Reynolds Ford if you are in the market for a new car or truck. Over the last three years me and my wife have got 5 new cars from Rynolds Ford in Norman Oklahoma, I went to the new cars sales manager Jon morgan and he presented a price on the vehicles that was good. The last vehicle we bought was a 2011 F150 4X4, Jon Morgan had to search for this vehicle because he did not have what I wanted on his lot. he located one and advised me that it would be on his lot the next day, He shortly called me back and stated he noticed the vehicle had 411 gears and knew I was looking for milage so he could not sale me this vehicle knowing it would not get the milage I was looking for. He cancled that vehicle and located one that would work for me. The whole experance was good from start to finish each time. I buy alot of vehicles and have delt with many dealers, This dealer has treated me great each time, I will be back to their lot the next time I am ready to buy a vehicle. More

What a great service experience. Rick was very helpful and they fixed faster than I expected. I won't go anywhere else with my F150.
