Franco DelCastillo was outstanding as my sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I looked at. He made the overall buying experience very enjoyable. He was very helpful in my decision between buying a used or a new vehicle. My previous purchases usually went through Ken Lowery, but since he's retired Franco is the first salesman that I've met that I feel I could trust as I did Mr. Lowery. I hope he's with Reynolds as long as Mr. Lowery was. I'll be looking forward to dealing with him in the future if he is. I can't say enough about how much he helped me in this purchase. Ed Rider also was a great help in the purchase of my car. I had my financing pre approved through my local bank and Ed was able to find a lower interest rate than my bank had offered. I was really surprised with this considering my credit has had some dings in the past. Everyone that I dealt with during the purchase of my 2012 Focus was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely be purchasing my next vehichle's there. They're just a great dealership! More

They only work with me until the paper work is signed, after that I can't get anyone to response to my phone calls or emails. They promised to refund the different immediately after admitted they mistate, that's was over 3 weeks ago, now, no one will return my messages or emails. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone, they cheated you out of your hard earned money, make a fool out of you and treated you like a garbage after the sale. More

I went in just to see if I could possiby get a car, looking for better gas mileage mainly. Right off the bat Franco had the perfect car for me that met all my needs and was within my budget. We were very pleased with the young man we had as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the Expedition. The people you have contracted to detail your cars are not very good. If it were not for Daniel & Robert going out and finishing it for us we might still be there. They had it for all most 2 hours and if you check on sales that day I think you will find they were not working very hard.
