Franco had already taken care of all the paper work etc. which this made my husband extremely happy as we were there at the dealership probably only 45 min at the most. He had previously purchased a new vehicle in Tulsa and we were at the dealership for 2 hours!! My daughter also purchased a new vehcile from Reynolds and Franco was her salesperson - she was very pleased as well. Fast, friendly service. More
Franco was very friendly and not pushy. It was the best car dealership experience I could've asked for. My boyfriend bought a truck a dew months prior and I went along with him to other dealership and he e car dealership experience I could've asked for. Everyone working there was friendly but not overly in your face like most places. My mom found a vehicle over the Internet dealing with Franco and bought it before ever seeing it in person if that doesn't say trust in Franco I don't know what does! I'm impressed with fact that Ford is the only car company that refused to accect a goverment "bailout" and has gone on to produce very impressive automobiles. At fifty years old this is my first new car purchase. I beleive I have made a wise choice. My wifes first car was a 1965 Mustang. she has since owned three others,1964,67 and 69. Needless to say, she is very pleased. More

Franco DelCastillo was outstanding as my sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I looked at. He made the overall buying experience very enjoyable. He was very helpful in my decision between buying a used or a new vehicle. My previous purchases usually went through Ken Lowery, but since he's retired Franco is the first salesman that I've met that I feel I could trust as I did Mr. Lowery. I hope he's with Reynolds as long as Mr. Lowery was. I'll be looking forward to dealing with him in the future if he is. I can't say enough about how much he helped me in this purchase. Ed Rider also was a great help in the purchase of my car. I had my financing pre approved through my local bank and Ed was able to find a lower interest rate than my bank had offered. I was really surprised with this considering my credit has had some dings in the past. Everyone that I dealt with during the purchase of my 2012 Focus was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely be purchasing my next vehichle's there. They're just a great dealership! More
They only work with me until the paper work is signed, after that I can't get anyone to response to my phone calls or emails. They promised to refund the different immediately after admitted they mistate, that's was over 3 weeks ago, now, no one will return my messages or emails. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone, they cheated you out of your hard earned money, make a fool out of you and treated you like a garbage after the sale. More

I went in just to see if I could possiby get a car, looking for better gas mileage mainly. Right off the bat Franco had the perfect car for me that met all my needs and was within my budget.
