I'm impressed with fact that Ford is the only car company that refused to accect a goverment "bailout" and has gone on to produce very impressive automobiles. He was very helpful in my decision between buying a used or a new vehicle. My previous purchases usually went through Ken Lowery, but since he's retired Franco is the first salesman that I've met that I feel I could trust as I did Mr. Lowery. I hope he's with Reynolds as long as Mr. Lowery was. I'll be looking forward to dealing with him in the future if he is. I can't say enough about how much he helped me in this purchase. Ed Rider also was a great help in the purchase of my car. I had my financing pre approved through my local bank and Ed was able to find a lower interest rate than my bank had offered. I was really surprised with this considering my credit has had some dings in the past. Everyone that I dealt with during the purchase of my 2012 Focus was absolutely fantastic. They only work with me until the paper work is signed, after that I can't get anyone to response to my phone calls or emails. They promised to refund the different immediately after admitted they mistate, that's was over 3 weeks ago, now, no one will return my messages or emails. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone, they cheated you out of your hard earned money, make a fool out of you and treated you like a garbage after the sale. More

I went in just to see if I could possiby get a car, looking for better gas mileage mainly. Right off the bat Franco had the perfect car for me that met all my needs and was within my budget.
