Confidence Chevrolet was by far the best experience hands down from start to finish. I say this for this was my third dealership I dealt with within 4 days. First one was GMC, nice but couldn’t come to a down from start to finish. I say this for this was my third dealership I dealt with within 4 days. First one was GMC, nice but couldn’t come to an agreement. Second, (worst) was Ram dealership in MWC, made an appt, showed up, nobody greeted me for 20 mins etc, low balled me on my trade in. Hence wasted my time and was extremely frustrated. Then finally, Confidence Chevy gets my business. From the time I inquired the internet sale, Jennifer contacting me making this easy as pie, to showing up at the dealership being treated by everyone. I had a great experience via text and a phone call prior too my schedule appt to ensure everything was ready, prepared to greet me with what I was interested in. My salesman was a nice young man named Dalton but nothing like the Dalton from Road house. However, he bounced me a great deal. Dalton was great, Drip was on point. He was cooking and didn’t leave any crumbs. Even got a second sale for my wife. Everyone I dealt with from the sales manager Mr Johnson behind the glass like he was the Wizard of Oz, making “ish” happen. You have El Señor Borjas Jr making paper work smooth with his bougie stylus pen on the iPad. Mucho Gusto Amigo.
