Bought a brand new 2024 GMC Denali in December from Confidence GMC. The sales process took entirely too long, there wasn't anyone in the dealership that evening, so you can't say they were busy doing d Confidence GMC. The sales process took entirely too long, there wasn't anyone in the dealership that evening, so you can't say they were busy doing deals and I didn't appreciate the sales person trying to play a little switch-a-roo with the final price before we talked about my trade in. We came to agreement on the price after a little standoff on the deal sheet after we had to correct him on the price and we get walked over to finance. Was told the gentlemen would be with me in about 10 to 15 minutes, when 30 plus minutes passed, mind you the dealership was empty, I literally had to ask a sales guy on the floor what's the holdup, because I was getting ready to leave if we don't get with this guy soon. The finance guy walks up and brings us back to his office, and none of the paperwork is done, so now we are kept waiting while he fills this out. He finally gets the paperwork done and we get to the financing and he's like I can get you a 6.9% financing and I had to remind him of the GMC promotion of 1.9% financing for well qualified customers, and with what we were going to put down on the vehicle and our credit score, we more than qualified, so it was changed to 1.9%. With the paperwork finally signed it's getting close to 9:45PM, mind you I came in the dealership around 4:30PM I told them I would pick the vehicle up in the morning. The next day I call my sales person in the morning and schedule a time to pick up the vehicle and I was assured that it will be ready. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told that the sales guy will be with me shortly because he was working with another customer. After an hour of waiting to pick up my vehicle, I'm told it's not ready. So much for assurances that it will be ready to go once I arrived. Another 30 minutes goes by, and they finally get the vehicle ready. They did offer to fill the tank up again because I was kept waiting, but honestly, if you expect anything to be on time with this dealership, good luck! Fast forward a month and I call the dealership service department to schedule my first oil change. I will say the service advisor was nice to work with, and they did get the oil change done within an hour, but I was horrified when I got home that evening to double check the oil level. I open the hood and find that the oil dipstick wasn't inserted all the way, and there was oil spilled all over the valve cover and the fuse box. See attached pictures. Needless to say, I was not happy. I called the next morning and talked with the GM of the dealership and was assured that he would get back with me and to make sure this will never happen again. It's now two weeks later and no call. It's extremely disappointing that you spend $70K on a vehicle and nobody cares at this place. Also be warned if you do business with this dealership, you will be bombarded to give a 5 star review. Sorry guys you blew it, so much for customer service! More

I thought I had a transmission problem, but technician diagnosed the issue as a control arm that needed replacement . Additionally they discovered a faulty vacuum pump.
