Very appreciated I came in to have my maintenance performed on my vehicle. The crew was very helpful and nice. All items were taken care of and even performed a reca I came in to have my maintenance performed on my vehicle. The crew was very helpful and nice. All items were taken care of and even performed a recall that I wasn't aware of. My only issue is that, on occasion, I keep feeling like my transmission or rear end on my truck is going to fall out. They have test driven and looked at it three different times and still can't feel the slippage. (I guess just like going to the Dr. all is fine there) Other than that, these are wonderful people and they really do care about their customers. They understand without us (the customer) they wouldn't be there - so they want to make sure we are happy. This is very refreshing. More

They just want your money My salesperson was extremely helpful. Pretty much everyone else I spoke with proves why I have had so many people tell me never to buy a car at Hudibu My salesperson was extremely helpful. Pretty much everyone else I spoke with proves why I have had so many people tell me never to buy a car at Hudiburg. I have purchased 7 new cars in my life, all of them GM, 3 of them Chevrolets - this was my only purchase at this dealership and I will not make another one there. It's a very long story, but the main highlights are: they sold me a car with no brake fluid, I had to have it towed back there 5 days after purchasing it and was treated by everyone I came into contact with (with the exception of my salesperson) as if I was inconveniencing them and that they were doing me favors by assisting me. I made several phone calls that were not returned and felt that I had to practically beg to get anyone to take my problem (again, NO BRAKE FLUID) seriously. I was extremely disappointed and will not only NOT recommend this dealership to friends, I will actively steer them away, and recount this experience to them as the reason why. More
