Bad finance department Awful finance department. We are on our 2nd paper tag. The loan officer never called to let us know he needed one little document. We called them when Awful finance department. In the mean time we are late on a payment, accruing interest and have the possibility to get a credit hit. Just plain lazy! The salesman was totally fine.
