As soon as I walked up I was greeted by a polite staff with a needs first mentality. No pushing promotionals, no unnecessary upsales: just good customer first concern. I would especially recommend working with Duane Rapier Sr.. Duane made me and my grandfather feel welcome and put all our worries and concerns to rest. Hudiburg really takes the time and effort to make the car selling business into a family trading business. I wasn't just a customer to them, I was new blood in an old tradition of putting others first. More

I came to the dealership knowing pretty well what I wanted, and was never pushed to look at anything that I did not want to or stretch my budget for additional options. We agreed upon a price very quickly and it felt much better than any other dealership experience I have had. As with any place you go to buy a car, the F&I department was a little bit pushy with the insurance packages, however I was able to walk out with a great insurance package that cost me $1 more per month. All in all - great service and I look forward to purchasing our next vehicle at Hudiburg. More

The only negative thing I can think of is that we were in the dealership longer than I like, but I think that goes with the territory. Adam in finance was exceptional as well. Half and half later, we were at Hudiburg Chevrolet with our salesman Oscar Ruiz. As with any auto dealership, we became tired and a bit discouraged with the lengthy car buying process. Oscar was very helpful and always available in keeping us informed. At 8:00 pm we had the keys for my Christmas birthday present. Only bad experience was the financial salesman trying to sell us warranties and protection for a new vehicle at an additional monthly cost. Thanks for all your help, Oscar. More

Recall work that found other issues I went in for Recall repairs, they found another issues with the suspension that another dealership, David Stanley Chevrolet, was normal. I had a bro I went in for Recall repairs, they found another issues with the suspension that another dealership, David Stanley Chevrolet, was normal. I had a broken brake rotor that they replaced. I was very angry that David Stanley Chevrolet said that the noise it made on my 2015 Corvette was normal. At least the people at Hudiburg are honest. The repair was covered under warranty. More
