I will never recommend this Dealership BEWARE of this dealership and the manager DAN. This dealership lure's clients with poor credits and they're not really doing you a favor! At first I had faith , that Dan had the best intentions for me and my daughter. This clearly wasn't the case. During this time I had just divorced and made personal financial decisions that impaired my credit score and financial situation. I had very little resources to work with. He knew how vulnerable I was completely taken advantage of. Please be aware that this dealership markets these TYPE OF PROFILE! . They approve your credit loan with high interest rates and sell you any car possible to their advantage. He appears to work with you, but in reality he's not. When we purchased one car from him he extended the time to pay the down payment on a warranty which was $300 . This was his way to help me but let me tell you what he did with my second vehicle. So I purchased a 2007 BMW from him, 5 minutes leaving the dealership I called Dan telling him that the car skips when I stop. His response and the dealerships response- this is probably due to a sensor or sensors, I took it back 5 times. They didn't even have a BMW look at this vehicle. I purchase this car from them for $9K. This car would stop in the middle of the road and highways. Their resolution was to stop the car and let the codes clear, That BMW's have this safety features. for over 2 months . Finally, the truth, the transmission was bad.they sold me a car with a bad transmission. All the sensors and the skipping from day one were because the transmission was bad. I communicated this with Dan and he went MIA. Never heard back from him nor the dealership. Since then, I have a lemon. I have repaired this vehicle very single month since I have purchased it. over 6K in repairs. The worst part of all, is the I DIDN"T Want this CAR. HE SAID THIS IS THE ONLY CAR I CAN APPROVE YOU IN!!!!!!!. How Ironic that, we had already verbally agree to purchased a Lexus prior however he said he couldn't deliver this vehicle for me but this BMW was the only vehicle he was able to approve me in. Thanks Dan for giving me the biggest nightmare. I had a piece of crap before but it would have never cost me 6K in repairs. Lets not forget my monthly notes and insurance.. So, we decided not to pay you th $300, we owe you for the extended warranty after all! More

His knowledge of the business coupled with his impeccable integrity made the entire experience a joy. From start to finish I was made comfortable with everything I needed to know explained upfront and in details. I was able to secure financing for Infiniti Qx56 in great condition. I highly recommend this dealership. More
