I went to my first maintenance appointment and explained to the service station what my coverage was for. They told me that I was wrong and not covered for what I claimed. I was charged accordingly and I paid with the intention of contesting the charges. I placed a call with my maintenance package number and was told I was right and should not have been charged, I received a message asking to call back so they could refund me the money. I called every day for a week asking for the gentleman that called me and was repeatedly told he was either "out and would be back soon" (during his business hours shown online) or that a message would be left for him to call me back. No call was ever returned to me. I will most likely be taking my business to Rafferty Subaru instead. UPDATE: I was eventually contacted by Al Alba who was VERY helpful in trying to get the situation sorted out. He was able to grant me credit for the service center for my troubles and was very pleasant to deal with. He informed me that the individuals I had previously dealt with were no longer working there and restored my faith in returning to Concordville. Thanks Al! More

I am currently leasing an Impreza through the dealership and have had my car serviced twice both times by Joel Montes. I found that making the appointments were extremely easy and Melissa was very friendly and have had my car serviced twice both times by Joel Montes. I found that making the appointments were extremely easy and Melissa was very friendly and helpful. I had several questions about the upkeep of my car and Joel took the time out to explain to me the pros and cons of all the different options. I am definately very satisfied with the service i have received and will be making an appointment shortly to have my car inspected by Joel again. I would highly recommend the service I have received. I have now been in for service twice on my 2013 Nissan Quest. Once for inspection and once for a possible antifreeze leak. For the inspection: I was able to name a time convenient for me, was taken imme Quest. Once for inspection and once for a possible antifreeze leak. For the inspection: I was able to name a time convenient for me, was taken immediately on my arrival even though I was early, and was given a very reasonable price for the inspection/pollution test. I was very happy with the inspection service and treatment by the Concordville staff and the whole process took very little time. For the possible antifreeze leak: When I called with my concerns, I was told I could bring the van in even though it was the busiest day of the month for service. I was told that the next two days would be very busy but that they would try to fit it in. The first day, even though I was told ahead of time that it would be difficult to fit in, I was still given periodic telephone updates saying that it was not yet tested. At a point half-way through the afternoon, I let them know that I would no longer be available for the day and that they could put it aside for the next day. The second day, I was called with the results of their testing and told I could pick the car up at any point through 9 PM. Every phone call was friendly and handled professionally and my concerns were addressed. Picking up the car, the staff was once again very friendly and the process was extremely quick. I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Concordville for its service needs. More
Avoid Concordville Subaru / Nissan as they are only interested in a quick buck at your expense! My wife dropped off the car at the service department to have some work done due to a flood. She presen interested in a quick buck at your expense! My wife dropped off the car at the service department to have some work done due to a flood. She presented an insurance estimate and everything seemed fine. I called a couple days later to see what they found. They had not started the work yet and I authorized them to start the work according to the estimate. My wife pick up the car and they pressured her into paying a $97/hr labor rate when the estimate called for $48/hr. This was the first time they indicated they would not accept the insurance labor rate. They said their labor rate was posted on the board and that is what they were owed. I went down to discuss the bill after payment and spoke with Tim in the Nissan Service Department as the Subaru Service Department was closed. Tim seemed to acknowledge that things were not handled correctly and had me go back to the insurance company and have them write the estimate with a mechanical labor rate instead of a body shop labor rate. I then spoke with Matt in the Subaru Service Department. They stated the allowance was not enough and that he would call the insurance company. All I kept hearing from Matt was that the insurance company never called him back. (The insurance company was always prompt with my calls and emails.) Next I went to Gene, the Service Director. He also stated he would make an inquiry with the insurance company. After more than a week he told me they never returned his call. I asked that he call the supervisor if he was having problems. Suddenly he made contact with the Claim Representative the next day. Gene told me that they would not increase the labor rate. He continued to say that Matt told him my wife agreed to the $97 dollar labor rate. Well, either Matt or Gene is a liar. Funny, in all the calls I made, nobody told me before that my wife agreed to the labor rate - which she did not. I sent an email to Stuart who is co-cowner of the dealership. He also pointed to the fact that their labor rate was posted and thought the real issue might be with the insurance company. Obviously the problem is with Concordville Subaru / Nissan. There was no need to address anything with the insurance company until my wife was pressured into paying the bill they presented. Stuart seems to think they are OK with surprising us with an additional $49/hr an hour because it was posted on the board. Is that how you would want to be treated? Avoid this dealer! More
