PA inspection Went in for an inspection, but was informed that I need to replace a part in order to pass inspection. I decided to pay since I was already there and Went in for an inspection, but was informed that I need to replace a part in order to pass inspection. I decided to pay since I was already there and didn't want the hassle or returning; hour later, we need another part... an hour later, we can't pass it due to computer issue. After checking on-line.. parts marked up by 10 times and 2 hours labor for part for parts I could have replaced in an hour. Never again!!! More
Poor service experience When I first moved back to this area from TX. I had just purchased a new Nissan Murano. One day I drove by this dealership and stopped for a routine service. That was four years ago and for the past 3 years I couldn't have been more satisfied. They were excellent. Over the past few months there has been significant turnover in service writers and their service suffers as a result. I took my car In With a noise in the front end and was told I needed. new struts and shocks which I had them do. Did not solve the problem. Took my Murano back and a service tech, Mike, rode with me and I was told I needed new sway bar joints ( or whatever you call them). I had them do the repair-problem solved. I deducted the payment for the first repair and disputed it through AMEX. The service manager called and threatened to sue me in small claims court. I'm more than willing to defend against any suit he files. I'll be looking for a new dealer. More
Poor Overall Performance On 11 June 2015 I brought my Nissan in for 3 problems: Recall on hood latch I believe has been repaired Splash guard clips needed to be replaced. I On 11 June 2015 I brought my Nissan in for 3 problems: Recall on hood latch I believe has been repaired Splash guard clips needed to be replaced. I believe this was done but I hear a rattling under my car. The major problem deals with a tire that was replaced: The original tire had about 9,000 miles on it when I noticed an indentation suggesting that a seam in the tire had failed. The tire functioned but I recognized this was a safety issue. According to the Concordville service report they replaced this tire. Soon after this we went on an extended vacation. Today when I went to used my car I noticed that the back driver's side tire is totally flat! This was the ire replaced by Concordville. From this experience I will have them correct the problem but I doubt if I will utilize them for any future service requirements More

They charge me thousands of dollars and the new clutch was not working properly. I told them more than once that it was wrong. They ignored me but let a mechanic ride with me so I could show him how wrong it was. No matter what they insisted that it was fine no matter how many times I told them it was wrong.This was back in April. At the beginning of June the car will no longer shift. They said it was the slave cylinder. They replaced that and the car was just as bad. Now it's not drivable. Two other repair shops said the clutch is defective. They want $129 to "diagnose" again. I'm afraid to take my car back to them. I'd rather pay triple to somebody else than go here and have this place screw my car up even more. Thanks a lot Concordville Nissan - If you didn't want to work on a car with manual transmission you should have just told me, not destroy it. I'll never step foot in this place and I'm telling everyone I know about their lack of ethics and commitment to quality. More

I had a lengthy review detailing a bad situation involving warranty coverage and repair suggestion timing for my fathers TriBeCa. My father had to go through quite allot to get his TriBeCa serviced, and then picked it up and repairs were not completed as desired. The dealership was nice enough to call us back and eventually the cost of the parts were refunded. Now within a week he has other issues with the vehicle like water coming in on the passenger floor, and noises from the suspension. I advised him to take his vehicle to a different dealership for an assessment. More
Subaru Service exerirnce w/ Al Alba This Monday during prime time, right after work, I had to go to Concordville Subaru because I thought I had a flat and needed an oil change and wanted This Monday during prime time, right after work, I had to go to Concordville Subaru because I thought I had a flat and needed an oil change and wanted to get everything fixed before the negative zero weather came our way. I used to work at Concordville and knew Subaru had late hours on Monday nights but I did not know who the advisors were anymore. Al Alba helped me out and come to find out, he is the new service manager. I had never met him before and he did not know I used to work there. He checked my tires for no cost and I was trying to work with him on when to come back to get my oil change done because I knew he was going to have to order one since I have a Hyundai and not a Subaru and I did not want to hold him up or any other customers up but he insisted I kept my car there to get my oil changed. For him to not know I was a former employee and to make sure everything I wanted to done to my car was completed, and within an hour, really made me happy and want to go back to Subaru to get my car serviced all the time. Al was very accommodating and wanted to help me and that is what customer service is all about! I recommend with the new service employees for everyone to get their car serviced here whether they have a Subaru or not! More
