My wife and I are 20 year customers with this dealership. We brought in our 2019 Nissan Rogue with 29K miles on it for a regular yearly inspection. The dealer failed the inspection stating we needed a comp We brought in our 2019 Nissan Rogue with 29K miles on it for a regular yearly inspection. The dealer failed the inspection stating we needed a complete new break job. Dealer claimed we need new rotors and pads on the front and rear breaks. Dealer provided us an invoice for over $1,500 for the new brakes. To say we were stunned would be an understatement. Dealer refused to budge on the price. and said to take the car elsewhere if we didn't like the price. So we took the car out of the dealer without the inspection completed. So now we have to go to another place to get the brakes done and have the car inspected. Boy, if the dealer really thought that the car was unsafe to drive due to the brakes, they didn't seem too concerned for us to drive the car away. Seems to us the dealer wanted a big payday from us for this ridiculous price for the brakes. So much for being a 20 year customer huh? Seems like we need to look for another dealer! More
