I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Amit on the phone this evening about a truck on the lot. Unfortunately, it appears we couldn't come to an agreement on price. I also need to say it appears, that Con this evening about a truck on the lot. Unfortunately, it appears we couldn't come to an agreement on price. I also need to say it appears, that Concordville either paid too much for the vehicle from auction or gave up to much on trade, either way the truck is not worth the price asked. Second and most important. Someone of importance in Concordville management needs to address the concerns/negativity on this website. It also, had a part in driving my business away. More

Avoid Concordville Subaru / Nissan as they are only interested in a quick buck at your expense! My wife dropped off the car at the service department to have some work done due to a flood. She presen interested in a quick buck at your expense! My wife dropped off the car at the service department to have some work done due to a flood. She presented an insurance estimate and everything seemed fine. I called a couple days later to see what they found. They had not started the work yet and I authorized them to start the work according to the estimate. My wife pick up the car and they pressured her into paying a $97/hr labor rate when the estimate called for $48/hr. This was the first time they indicated they would not accept the insurance labor rate. They said their labor rate was posted on the board and that is what they were owed. I went down to discuss the bill after payment and spoke with Tim in the Nissan Service Department as the Subaru Service Department was closed. Tim seemed to acknowledge that things were not handled correctly and had me go back to the insurance company and have them write the estimate with a mechanical labor rate instead of a body shop labor rate. I then spoke with Matt in the Subaru Service Department. They stated the allowance was not enough and that he would call the insurance company. All I kept hearing from Matt was that the insurance company never called him back. (The insurance company was always prompt with my calls and emails.) Next I went to Gene, the Service Director. He also stated he would make an inquiry with the insurance company. After more than a week he told me they never returned his call. I asked that he call the supervisor if he was having problems. Suddenly he made contact with the Claim Representative the next day. Gene told me that they would not increase the labor rate. He continued to say that Matt told him my wife agreed to the $97 dollar labor rate. Well, either Matt or Gene is a liar. Funny, in all the calls I made, nobody told me before that my wife agreed to the labor rate - which she did not. I sent an email to Stuart who is co-cowner of the dealership. He also pointed to the fact that their labor rate was posted and thought the real issue might be with the insurance company. Obviously the problem is with Concordville Subaru / Nissan. There was no need to address anything with the insurance company until my wife was pressured into paying the bill they presented. Stuart seems to think they are OK with surprising us with an additional $49/hr an hour because it was posted on the board. Is that how you would want to be treated? Avoid this dealer! More
Was interested in purchasing a BRZ from this dealer. I called ahead and asked if they had any in stock and I was assured they had one and that I could test drive it as well. I drove an hour and a half to called ahead and asked if they had any in stock and I was assured they had one and that I could test drive it as well. I drove an hour and a half to get to the dealer only to wait 45 minutes to be helped. And the icing on the cake is that I waited all that time only to be told that I would have to purchase the vehicle before I would be able to test drive it. Is it even a test drive at that point if I own the vehicle? They said that since it is such a popular car that the customers wouldn't buy it if there were miles put on the car from test drives. This makes no sense to me, if its such a popular car wouldn't customers purchase it regardless if it has an extra 10 miles on it? I ended up having to drive another two hours to see a similar car at another dealer where I ended up purchasing the car. So congratulations concordville subaru on losing a sale and life long customer. More
Two months after buying a car from this dealership, I returned because of a problem with the car. I asked to speak to the manager and then to the owner. I was assured that someone would get back to me, returned because of a problem with the car. I asked to speak to the manager and then to the owner. I was assured that someone would get back to me, but of course no one ever did. I expressed my displeasure and told Mr. Marlin that he just lost the sale of two new cars as both my husband and I would be looking for new vehicles within the next year. He then told me...."If you only knew how many times I have heard that." Well, that shocked me that so many other people had obviously purchased cars from this dealership and were unsuccessful in trying to have their problems rectified. So, not only was I not heard or listened to, I was completely ignored by this dealership. We will never purchase from them again, and I tell people not to go there whenever I hear Nissan of Concordville brought up. Even if they didn't rectify my problem to my satisfaction, I would have been content had someone at least taken the time to respond to my complaint. That, in the end, was when I made my decision to never, ever buy from that dealership again. In fact, Nissans themselves are also probably out of the picture. Toyota here I come! More
I am getting ready to buy my 6th Nissan from Concordville. The reason I keep buying is because of the treatment I get from the service department. Rob and Tim are great. They always recognize me Concordville. The reason I keep buying is because of the treatment I get from the service department. Rob and Tim are great. They always recognize me when I come in, treat me well, and above all else are extremely honest. I reccommend all my friends and family to Concordville for sales and for the service they will recieve after the sale! More

I took it in to have them look at the vehicle (which did not take too long), and they informed me that the rotors were bad. They also quoted me for $340. Unfortunately, I did not buy the bumper-to-bumper warranty because it was an extra $70 a month. I asked if they could at least worked out some kind of deal because I thought it was rediculous that I have to get my car repaired after owning it for 2 months. On that note, if they did a "thorough" inspection, they would have been able to spot a rusty and faulty rotor. They did not work out a deal with me, and fourtunately I have a brother who is a mechanic. More
We viewed and test drove a car on a Saturday and was asked what it would take to "lock up" the deal that day. We told them we really liked the car, but before we moved forward with purchasing the vehicl asked what it would take to "lock up" the deal that day. We told them we really liked the car, but before we moved forward with purchasing the vehicle, we wanted to get the car looked over by our own mechanic first and that we would need the bad chip in the windshield repaired. On that Saturday, we filled out the paperwork to have the credit rating pulled and were happy with the numbers. The dealership is closed on Sundays, but on Monday there were many calls from the salesperson to finalize the deal. There were many calls on our part to get the car looked at that afternoon and the car got a very good review from the mechanic. Then there were another handfull of calls to get the windshield repair arranged, but all said and done, were were going to sign all the paperwork Monday night at 8PM to take delivery of the car, since our daughter didn't get out of work until 7PM. There were a few more calls from the salesman around 6:30 for, what I gather, reassurance that we would be there at 8 to take delivery of the car, which we assured him of. At 7:15PM, I received another call from the salesman, letting me know that he had some bad news that the car had just been sold by another salesman. Furious with the news, I called back to talk to a sales manager named Frank Alteri I believe and he said he apologized, but the car was in fact still for sale since we did not put forth enough effort to reserve the vehicle. I asked him what more he wanted from us, but he said that they do not accept down payments on used vehicles, and that we should have just taken the car with us that day and drive it for the next couple of days. This option was never offered to us and if it had been, we most likely would have accepted the offer. I just spoke to Frank Alteri again asking if they would cover the $110 fee for having the car checked out by our mechanic. This is a fee I am happy to pay for having a car looked over whether we purchase the car or if we decide not to based on a bad review, but a fee that I feel they should pay since they sold the car out from under us. Needless to say, they couldn't care less to pay. Their website should be changed to www.concordvilledoesntgiveacrap.com More
This dealership truly delivers. I contacted many dealerships in the tri-state area and was given so many excuses as to why the car I needed to find for my parents just couldn't be found BUT they cou dealerships in the tri-state area and was given so many excuses as to why the car I needed to find for my parents just couldn't be found BUT they could get me something else, which they "happen" to have on their lots. From the moment I spoke to Joe Prulello, I knew he was a straight shooter. He didn't promise me anything!! He told me up front that he would do his best to get me the vehicle requested at a fair price. HE DELIVERED!! I admit I'm not the easiest person to do business with because my schedule is hectic, plus the vehicle was for my senior citizen parents, but Joe always returned my calls, was willing to change his schedule to accommodate mine and made me and my parents feel very comfortable. Basically, I went in very skeptical of a "car dealer". Once there, I saw how really hard everyone tried to make the process as easy as possible. Joe and management totally blew me away by coming up with a deal that was IMPOSSIBLE to refuse. No other dealership would come close. Everyone at Concordville Nissan Subaru were polite, friendly and willing to help. No pressure!!!! What a huge difference. I have changed my mind about car salesmen, thanks to Joe, Wendall, Randy and Eli. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO CONCORDVILLE NISSAN SUBARU WHEN ITS TIME FOR MY NEXT VEHICLE. More
I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I received at this dealership. I was a difficult case because I work full time, I'm in grad school part time, and I am 8 months pregnant with a lot of received at this dealership. I was a difficult case because I work full time, I'm in grad school part time, and I am 8 months pregnant with a lot of Drs. appts to work around. I also live over an hour away, so I needed a dealership who would work with me to get as much of the leg work done by phone and email as possible. Many dealerships were unable to help me unless I walked onto their lot. The other dealerships wasted a lot of time telling me how wonderful they were, but gave me no pertinent information. Joe Prulello didn't tell me how wonderful they were - he actually showed me. He was helpful and available even on his day off. He was honest about what he could and couldn't do, and stuck to his word - NO EMPTY PROMISES. He even sent me additional photos of the vehicle so there were no surprises. We had most of the details worked out ahead of time so I was able to drive down, test drive my Forester, and finalize the paperwork all late on a Friday night. Trung Tran and Eli in the finance office were both very friendly, upbeat, and willing to work way past closing time. Eli got us the best rate around on our loan, as promised (and I did my research). If what they say about Subarus is true (that once you're a Subaru owner, you are a Subaru owner for life)- I will definitely visit Concordville Nissan Subaru FIRST when it comes time to buy again.
