This is the 3rd Maxima I have driven home from Concordville Nissan (the first one I bought, the next 2 I leased). I've been a customer of theirs for 10 years and I love these guys (and girls!). The environment is light and airy, in a sense, because the sales team knows how to do their job but without that "attack" approach the minute someone walks in the door. People appreciate that. It's one of the reasons why I recommend them to friends. I know they won't embarrass me and my friends won't feel pressured. The service waiting area is sooooooo comfy that you don't mind waiting for an oil change and I'm always a little disappointed that it didn't take more than a half hour because the lounge chairs are so cushy. hahaha! True story, folks. Fred and his team make the customer feel appreciated and welcome. You're not just another sale at Concordville. You MATTER. Before I left with this newest Maxima, Fred gave me a hug and said "Thank You." But really, I should be saying that to THEM! So I will do it now... THANK YOU CONCORDVILLE NISSAN! More

The entire process - from test driving to negotiating and discussing price, everything went smoothly. I didn't feel "talked into" anything. Geoff even made sure to follow up with me the next day via email to let me know that my car was ready to pick up. They got everything prepared for me very fast, and I really appreciate that. BTW, we used to buy our cars from Ryan's grandfather many years ago. Ryan made an impressive effort to find the exact model we asked for. They answered all our questions promptly, whether it was via a phone call or email. One of them (or both) always had time for us. We are very happy with our Quest and Tom, in particular, made sure we were well acquainted with all its features before we drove it off the lot. Thank you very much for a very stress-free experience! I have now been in for service twice on my 2013 Nissan Quest. Once for inspection and once for a possible antifreeze leak. For the inspection: I was able to name a time convenient for me, was taken immediately on my arrival even though I was early, and was given a very reasonable price for the inspection/pollution test. I was very happy with the inspection service and treatment by the Concordville staff and the whole process took very little time. For the possible antifreeze leak: When I called with my concerns, I was told I could bring the van in even though it was the busiest day of the month for service. I was told that the next two days would be very busy but that they would try to fit it in. The first day, even though I was told ahead of time that it would be difficult to fit in, I was still given periodic telephone updates saying that it was not yet tested. At a point half-way through the afternoon, I let them know that I would no longer be available for the day and that they could put it aside for the next day. The second day, I was called with the results of their testing and told I could pick the car up at any point through 9 PM. Every phone call was friendly and handled professionally and my concerns were addressed. Picking up the car, the staff was once again very friendly and the process was extremely quick. I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Concordville for its service needs. More
