DO NOT BUY FROM CONCORDVILLE NISSAN – THEY PUT LIVES AND FINANCES AT RISK If I could give zero stars, I would. Concordville Nissan's negligence and complete lack of accountability have led to a nightmare FINANCES AT RISK If I could give zero stars, I would. Concordville Nissan's negligence and complete lack of accountability have led to a nightmare situation that no buyer should ever have to face. A young buyer was sold a brand new Nissan under the false impression that their insurance was valid and sufficient. According to Nissan’s own policy, full coverage is required to leave the lot with a financed vehicle. Yet, the sales rep—Jose—falsified insurance information, stating the buyer was covered when in fact, they were not. His excuse? He was, and I quote, “too busy thinking about lunch.” To make matters worse, Jose even left his personal cell phone in the buyer’s vehicle, which had to be returned. On the way out of the dealership, the buyer—now driving a brand new car with invalid insurance—was involved in an accident that totaled the vehicle. Because of Concordville Nissan’s gross negligence, this person is left without a car, and without a resolution. It’s been weeks with no accountability, no communication, and no action other than being told “it’s in corporate’s hands.” This dealership facilitated fraud, endangered a young driver, and refuses to take ownership for their recklessness. DO NOT trust them. DO NOT do business here. This is beyond bad customer service—this is straight-up irresponsible and unethical behavior. More
