Disappointed. The quality of service seems to have deteriorated substantially. We made a simple inquiry on the first and second day of service, by E-mail and phone call, but received no response at all. We also inquired about shuttle service to pick me up from home (only about 2 miles away), but we received no response. No answers to phone calls and no response to E-mail. I waited all day, and around one hour before their business closing time, I decided to go there by myself to pick up my car. The inside and outside of the car was not cleaned up, and there was some trash left in the car. To be fair, the service advisor (Gerald E.) was helpful initially, but he turned out to be unresponsive after I left the car there. Maybe he was occupied with other tasks, but I became increasingly disappointed. In the past, I had been mostly impressed by their service, but.... On the positive side I highly commend the service technician for his ability to resolve my initial issues. More

Four wins: win-win-win-win (me-Tony-mechanics-Concord Toyota) I am a disabled senior and appreciate that TONY listens and the work is done once, done right, and I feel safe until my next return for service. I have worked with him for the past several years. Take care of him and treat him right Concord Toyota. I shall return! I miss the free wash perk though. More

From start to finish I had an exceptional experience at Toyota Concord. Carlos H. greeted me, he was warm & friendly. Then Jonathan R. explained the service and informed me my vehicle would be sanitized af Toyota Concord. Carlos H. greeted me, he was warm & friendly. Then Jonathan R. explained the service and informed me my vehicle would be sanitized after. The service was completed sooner than expected which was awesome and Jonathan explained the recommendation for future maintenance to my car. Thank you guys for a great experience with my 7 yr old!! Poor scheduling I was given an appt at 3:40 pm and was told it would be a 2 hour appt. When I arrived at 3:20pm they said they close at 5:00 pm so they would have to I was given an appt at 3:40 pm and was told it would be a 2 hour appt. When I arrived at 3:20pm they said they close at 5:00 pm so they would have to rush my car through. This did not make me feel comfortable that my car got the attention it needed. I was not in a hurry and did not need to come in that day. My service consultant Daric was great, it wasn't his fault. I do think whoever does the scheduling needs to consider closing time when making appointments. More
