Christian Cabrera was our sales rep and he took care of us big time. My parents got a brand new Camry (fully loaded) and I picked up the Corolla (fully loaded). The price couldn't be beat and the experience was amazing. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Daren More

After driving my used car off the lot the check engine light came on. Taking it back on my next day off was a heart break because the service center was going to keep it over night to look at it. The next day I get a call from the sales person saying "The car has this problem with the computer and because it will cost so much to fix we can either find you a different car or return your money". Of course at the time I was a little too distraught about the news to even comply with this so I said I wanted my money back. He said he would have the check prepared for when I come to get it. Now three days a later I went back up after being told about another car that could be perfect for me. After a test drive I was somewhat ok with the car and was just willing to settle. Here is the kicker the car was $2000 out of my budget and they weren't willing to work on bringing it down any bit just extend my financing. That doesn't work why should I have to extend my financing for their errors right? So I stuck with my decision to get my money back as they offered. Here is where I ran into another problem they said they wouldn't have my check ready for several days which for a person with no car and a busy work schedule and the promise of a returned check that day I was extremely unhappy. I waited a hour and they finally got my check in order and I thought I was done. Two weeks later I am getting a notice from the bank saying the loan was only partially paid off and that I owed the rest. Um hello don't even own the car anymore and it seems like I was getting no where with Concord Toyota. The only good thing is Omid the sales manager said he would take care of it since it would seem none of the people involved with my issue knew how to pick up a phone and call me to tell me they fixed this issue (only because they never attempted to fix it, it would seem). Either way I have never been more insulted and felt like I was just a money sign at a dealership then I did during this ordeal. More

The problem I am needing help with is that after purchasing the Camry and driving it off the lot there were immediate problems that involved the tire sensors and me discovering that little spots of paint was missing all over the gas tank and the body around the gas tank of the car. When calling and bringing the car back in to the dealership I was told by the dealer that there was an existing problem with paint missing on and around the gas tank cover and the body of the car, and not to worry a work order was already placed with the service department for the paint to be fixed, also that the tire sensors were not to worry about that the service department probably failed to program the new tires and they would take care of it ASAP, yet after several times of having to drive over 300 miles each way to the dealership to have the problem fixed and being told many different excuses why the problems were not fixed, I ended up with a replaced gas cover that was a different color than the color of my vehicle and was told that the missing paint from the body of the vehicle would not be fixed unless I were to pay for it myself. It took more than 3 separate overnight visits for the service department to attempt to fix the tire sensors and being told different excuses again why the problems were not fixed. Each service appointment involved me driving from my hometown Reno Nevada, to the dealership in concord ca for the vehicle to be serviced. One of which my vehicle had to stay for 5 days and the others were at least one day or more that my vehicle had to stay. My final results are that I am not totally convinced that in fact the tire sensors were fixed and not tampered with due to existing problems that are identical but without any warning lights. This is my first owned new vehicle and what was suppose to be a dream has turned into a nightmare. I have gone from loving my new car to absolutely hating it. I have been told by Concord Toyota’s head manager, that I am pretty much a liar and there is and was no pre-existing damages and that all problems have been taken care of up to this point. Also there is nothing else they are willing to do. I am needing help as to what can be done about this. I don’t know anyone who would buy a brand new car and extra warranty 7yrs / 100,000 miles, touch of class, lo-jack, low profile tires, premium rims, and more in upgrades making a final price of almost $40,000 to a $28,000 vehicle and be okay with the problems I have had to deal with. I am very unhappy with Toyota and the abuse I have and continue to receive by its employees. More
We were shocked by how pleasant it was to deal with Concord Toyota. We were greeted by an employee, and shown the cars we were interested in, without any kind of pressure or sense of obligation. We cam Concord Toyota. We were greeted by an employee, and shown the cars we were interested in, without any kind of pressure or sense of obligation. We came back to Concord after being turned off by another dealer's tactics, and bought our car there. The dealer was honest about their inventory, and willing to get us the car we wanted, including arranging a swap with another dealer. There was no sense of it being any trouble, and it was done that day, almost right away. The pricing was up front (we used the AAA buying service), itemized, and very reasonable. They did try to sell us the extended warranty, but didn't try to push it any further than giving us the brochure when we said no. I would highly recommend this dealer because they are customer-oriented, and were not at all pushy. To top it off, we ended up paying less than we expected, and got the exact car we had been looking for. More
