My car was in for a 10K check-up and I have a maintenance plan so there were no “cash” transactions. The shuttle service was an added bonus! The only reason I subtracted a star is because it took 4 hours. The car wash at the end was the cherry on the cake. More
Excellent Service, Friendly GM and Staff! Sam, Nelson, and Angel were awesome to work with. They took good care of me by bringing a car from another one of Sonic's lots in SF to Concord. Sam a Sam, Nelson, and Angel were awesome to work with. They took good care of me by bringing a car from another one of Sonic's lots in SF to Concord. Sam and it detailed for me before I test drove it with him. He was very friendly and kind. Nelson was very calm and cool.... there was no pressure, no stress. Angel is a contract rockstar. He knows exactly what he's doing and gets you through the process as quickly as possible while making sure to point out all of the key features. I will refer others to Concord Toyota in the future. It was well worth the drive from Chico. Thank you!! More

Oil Change Recently had an Oil Change and the Service Rep called and said I had a nail in one tire and a dry rot crack in another tire. Ask if I wanted the one Recently had an Oil Change and the Service Rep called and said I had a nail in one tire and a dry rot crack in another tire. Ask if I wanted the one tire repaired and replace the other. I said these tires are not that old and I wanted to take it to the tire store who I have done business with for 20 years and are very reliable. I took it to the tire store and they put it on the rack and showed me where there was no nail or dry rot. Never had this happen before at this dealership and made me very distrusting. I know many times folks take the word of the Rep without checking it out. Makes you wonder if this has happened with more serious claims. More
Bad Negotiations My wife and I visited this dealership a few weeks ago after driving 2 hours to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles, we found the vehicle perfect o My wife and I visited this dealership a few weeks ago after driving 2 hours to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles, we found the vehicle perfect on made a fair offer. The dealership and sales associate Dalton never budged or counter offered from their listed price. I certainly do not excpect a dealership to loose money or give away a vehicle, but I found their tactics and negotiations insincere and not in good faith. If they had advertised the vehicle and price as a “No Haggle” price then I would have been prepared, but listing a vehicles “asking price” and then not even coming down a couple hundred bucks was incompetent at best and borderline fraudulent at worst. I recommend avoiding this delarship and glad to say we paid a little more for certified pre owned vehicle at Vacaville Kia. Much better experience and competent staff. More

Worst dealership...horrific customer service and treatement! When you hear about people having a bad experience somewhere you think oh that stinks but you don't really know how bad it stinks until it happens to When you hear about people having a bad experience somewhere you think oh that stinks but you don't really know how bad it stinks until it happens to you. Repeat customers at the dealership and have had a long standing relationship with Toyota and this was by far 100 % the absolute worst experience with trying to purchase a used car ever. If we wrote everything down in this review as to what happened to us no one would believe us! Was apologized to for treatment and lack of customer service and no return phone calls then offered a deal by Kevin to keep us as a customer, however when my husband got there to sign the deal he was treated like he was insignificant down from the used car director, sales manager and staff- absolute horrific experience, he was completely mortified and embarrassed when he left without the car that was negotiated-as Kevin couldn't handle the questions in regards to warranties and returns if mechanic finds something wrong, he became a four year old having a tantrum and grabbed the contract and said "the deal is off" and walked away leaving him sitting in the dealership and no one else would talk to him as they obviously have each others backs instead of focusing on customers. You lost us as customers and former Toyota Financial Services employees and all our family members and anyone else that will listen to us bash this dealership. You all need a re vamp and some PR skills! Will leave you on this....A quote from their website "your satisfaction is our top priority." What a joke. When my husband asked the sales manager Andy about where customer service ranked he quoted, "their associates first, customers second." Horrible!!! NO STARS More
Best Service Department Rep Daric Mathic I have been taking my Toyota's in for service at Concord Toyota and I always make my appointments wit Daric Mathis because he is always friendly, hone I have been taking my Toyota's in for service at Concord Toyota and I always make my appointments wit Daric Mathis because he is always friendly, honest and keeps me informed every step of the way. I had a Ford F150 pickup and every time I took into the Ford dealer for service they tried to up-sale me with service every time I would leave the ford dealer I felt used so I sold the F150 and bought a Tundra because of the Daric Factor I knew when it came time for service I would feel like MVP when I leave. 2015 Scion tC clutch problem you guys incapable of fiximh Took my car here to have transmission concern taken care off was told it was a clutch which they replaced and was far off and was told I was going to Took my car here to have transmission concern taken care off was told it was a clutch which they replaced and was far off and was told I was going to be charged for it even though it was covered under warranty? I came and picked up the car after a month and a half of waiting and the noise was still present but a lot worst and louder and was told by tony that it was part of the break in which was completely off also to find the tech broke my axles seal so it was leaking transmission fluid everyone along with leaving my control arm loose and they tied to charge me for a suspension noise diag. I waited a month then I brought my car in for the originally noise i came in for they finally fixed it but seems like the tech who put it back together did not assembly it correctly now the car does not like to go into first nor reserve on cold starts and was brought into the dealership for that problem and was told basically I was crazy and nothing was wrong (keep in mind I been driving this car for 2 years plus and this has never occurred until they took my transmission apart) and to keep driving it till the problems occurs more often which mean my warranty expire and they basically want me to buy a new transmission when it gets worst I called them about my car problems the service manger ignored me same along with the service advicer Tony ignored me for 3 weeks until I picked up the car which I had to talk to another advicer to get. Worst customer service and mechanical service ever would. I never recommend to get repairs done at such dishonest shop. They also quote on quote “aligned one of my family members car and that was by far one of the worst alignments I have ever seen or driven ended up having to realign the car myself at my own shop. I would never ever take my car here ever again I rather be stuck on the road then have my car taken here for service. Dishonest cheating lying people who just want your money forget concord Toyota. Makes me sick to my stomach with dishonest dealers and technicians like them. More
