Returning a leased car and acquiring a new lease car I had made an appointment with a car dealer at Concord Toyota to return my leased car and receive a new lease car. The new cars to choose from were there waiting for me, so all I had to do was select the model for me. No issues what so ever on the return of the leased car. The car salesman, Dalton, was very well acquainted with the Toyota cars and went over every detail of the new car I selected. Dalton was fun to work with and I enjoyed working with him. However, when we were working with the financial person, Tony, I did not feel comfortable. He made several comments that were inappropriate and none of his business. I even got the feeling he does not like working with women. I did lease another Toyota. It is a great car for my driving needs. More

No one is getting back to me. I setup a major maintenance coming up and checked off the part online to have someone call me when I was making the appointment. I also called them an hour later and left a voicemail. Two days later, no one has called me so I called again and left another voicemail. I have questions about a major service maintenance and I can't get anyone to call back, that's just very poor on the communication level - at this point I'm not even sure I'm going to bring my car there if they won't answer questions....?! Dirty car with no gas? I purchased a 2018 VW atlas. My salesman Daniel was excellent, My financial manager was Andy, 5 star review for these folks. My used car was dirty, th I purchased a 2018 VW atlas. My salesman Daniel was excellent, My financial manager was Andy, 5 star review for these folks. My used car was dirty, the inside had not been cleaned or vacuumed out. I spent so much time at the dealership, they had plenty of time to wash and clean it for me. The Gas tank was only half full. I had to haggle with the upper manager about how bad the tires were. One of the MAnagers was very rude to me, (I don't know his name.) The service manager Matt was AWESOME, he listened to me, he was very professional. If not for him, I would not of bought the SUV. So in all fairness, the one star rating was from the fact that my vehicle was dirty and had very poor tires on it. One bad apple that needs to be retrained on how to talk to customers. The folks I named here saved the purchase and should be recognized as excellent. I'm not so sure I would buy another vehicle here or recommend the dealership to anyone. More
