Overcharged for simple oil and air filter change. The dealership charged me over $400. to change the oil and air filter. I was told that the car would get the 30.000. mile service which includes a tire rotation. I don't believe the tires were rotated. When dropping off the car I asked the service advisor what was included in the 30k service and how much it costs. He listed some items, which seemed to me to me to be little more than I get at jiffy Lube for $79.95, and stated the cost would be over $450. I told him I thought that was too much to pay for the service and ask for a lower price. He then said he would discount the price by 10 percent. I left the car there with the key and wheel lock in the center cup holder. I got a message on voice mail 1 hour and 40 minutes later saying the car was done. Bill came to $ 417. 36. $ 306.44 of the bill was for labor. I don't believe the charge is justified for the (less than 1-1/2 hour labor time) service received. More
Good Service.. seats and tables are 6 feet apart from other guest at the waiting area. Car is sanitized after service.. KUNLE is the sales associate that I worked with and I can honestly say I have never met a more disrespectful, oblivious salesman. I purchased an older vehicle so it is, of course,​ important to look over the CarFax fully to understand the history of the vehicle as this car, in particular,​​ had damage history. My father and I both had to ask for this document more than three times and when he finally​ came out with it he laughed and made a joke about how I wanted to thoroughly read through it. Additionally,​ he raised his voice at me when I asked for the stains in the car to try and get cleaned at the detail center while signing paperwork. My dad suggested​ we purchase the car today and pick the car up tomorrow since it was obvious it needed a good cleaning. Kunle then raised his voice and said "No, I don't​ work tomorrow and it doesn't​​t even work like that." He laughed and then leaned over the table and continued to say "Do you not understand anything? The car will be done after signing for it." Mind you I felt so attached with his raised voice and aggressive demeanor​ that I actually had to raise my voice back and tell him that his disrespect is uncalled for and inappropriate​. As the sales went on things just got more annoying...He had us wait over 45 minutes even after everything was signed because he never brought the car in for detailing and when he did nothing was done and very obvious they poured a puddle of cleaner on the seat and called it good. Mind you NOTHING else was cleaned or attended to as he promised. The service, in general,​ was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Along with having absolutely​ zero knowledge of any of the cars on the lot and making us wait 20 minutes each time in 95-degree​ weather,​ he would "be back in 2 minutes" when looking at other cars prior to our decision. Kunle made random inappropriate​ and rude remakes throughout the few hours we were there. My father and I both agreed that he not only lacked knowledge but also was offputting, sarcastic,​ and ​had raised his voice to me on 2 separate​ occasions​ which just amplified his poor salesmanship​. No one purchasing a car should ever have this hard time when making a big purchase. Additionally, I just now made a call to the dealership because they stated they would look for the spare key and to call and ask for it in a day or so. I spoke with the gentleman​ who answered and then handed the phone to Kunle who listened to my question regarding the key and immediately​ hung up on my face. I spoke in a very calm voice so I am not sure what his problem is but I could hear someone in the background​ say "she's on the phone don't​ hangup." I then called back and spoke with Sheila who said she witnessed​ the hangup and said she also agrees how inappropriate​ it was and directed me to speak with General Manager, Mike Mourelatos tomorrow moring about Kunle's behavior. I really like the car I found and was excited for this to be a simple, fun purchase as I bought it to drive across the ​country to complete a Master of Nursing degree. Not that the use of it changes anything but the Concord Toyota definitely​ made the beginning steps to a big transition an unpleasant experience. I am extremely​ disappointed​ with this salesperson​ and can only hope to get a better response from the Manager. If you have to get a car here, I highly suggest you ask for any salesperson other than Kunle. Lastly, when he finally came out with​ ​the​ car which literally the team of salespeople had to track him down..we noticed that the gas was less than half full and after all that he put us through if he could at least fill it and he rudely​ said "No, we don't do that," and walked away. This left such a foul taste in our mouths all I wanted to do was get the heck out of there. More
Easy to get appointment. Courteous and caring Prompt and precise. Every one of them followed COVD19 protocol. Had their masks on. Not too many in the waiting room.
