DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Once they take your money they no longer care about you or what is promised on their contract. Along w/my car, I purchased a Karr alarm system & was supposed to recei money they no longer care about you or what is promised on their contract. Along w/my car, I purchased a Karr alarm system & was supposed to receive an email to set it up. Days went by w/no email. I kept contacting the sales person & he kept saying someone will call me. (Also had several other questions about the car & contract. This is the 1st time I purchased a car. Thank you Totota for this memorable experience...) This went on for days. Someone finally called from the Karr alarm company. Turns out the Dealership didn't do their job & the Karr alarm rep had to walk me through pretending to be the Dealership in order submit what was needed so I can use my alarm. I HAD TO DO THE DEALERSHIPS JOB BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO DO SO. So I had to download an app, pretend I was the dealer & be walked through that process, then delete the app & get another app (the customer app) & go through that to get the alarm. Also, as a side note, I'm on vacation during this & wasting valuable time trying to deal w/these unprofessional people. Ok, Karr alarm "done" now I wait for my questions to be answered...2 days & still nothing. I go to check my car (on vacation so not driving anywhere) & the Karr alarm app doesn't work. I tell the salesperson & again he says someone will call me. Finally a "Customer Service" person calls. She doesn't answer any of my questions & tells me I have to call other businesses to get answers. I've worked in customer service for over 10 yrs, I have NEVER told someone to call someone else for help. Unprofessional. So I asked to speak w/the General Manager. She says she'll leave a message for him & hangs up...so I wait, for DAYS. Then I call the number for the General Manager & leave a message. Nothing. Then I send him an email. Nothing. Sales person keeps saying someone will call me. Weeks are going by. I message the Dealership through FB THREE times. Their "help" on FB is a joke. As the wks go by I call several companies including 2 (Honda) dealerships who help me. People are astonished by the way I've been treated & ultimately ghosted by Toyota Concord. One lady tells me (who doesn't work for Honda) that bc I purchased a Honda, fortunately I'll "never have to deal w/Toyota again." She doesn't know about the Karr alarm...So finally I call the national hotline to make a formal complaint about the General Manager (Mike Mourelatos) & the "Customer Service" person (Jewels). The person is horrified, apologizes over & over & tells me that this will be fixed. Then I'm contacted by Jewels (who leaves a message as now I'm back at work) & says for me to call her back bc she received my complaint & doesn't understand it. First of all, the complaint is extremely simple, she obviously shouldn't have this job. Second, in what world does it make sense for me to get help from the person who refused to help me before & who I made a formal complaint about??? Does that make sense to you? Anyways, so I call the hotline again & explain to another lady everything that has happened. She apologizes again & informs me that (get this!) the lady I complained about closed the case!! So she didn't like the complaint & closed the case. How does someone have the authority to close a complaint made about them?? This Dealership is so unprofessional I can't even. Now I'm sure she's had several complaints made about her, but she just closes them & calls it a day. Also the lady informs me that in the "Customer Service" notes the lady had put that they tried to email me several times. Then the hotline lady says, "Wait, we don't even have an email on file for you. Who was she emailing?" Yep! They don't have my email address yet somehow was "emailing" me. So the lady apologized again, got my email & decided she would call the company herself. She tried a couple times & SHE couldn't even get through. So she told me someone should call me (uh oh, where have I heard that before?) & that was last week...STILL no call. More
I want to give a shout out to their pre-owned sales manager Kevin Kopacz. He has demonstrated honesty and professionalism that is hard to find. We purchased a used car from one of his client advisors, manager Kevin Kopacz. He has demonstrated honesty and professionalism that is hard to find. We purchased a used car from one of his client advisors, but it was Mr. Kopacz who delivered the car to us. He followed though with is promises and we could not be more pleased.
