Sincerely sad and at a loss. I would like to begin by stating I have paperwork and sincerely hope to get help from someone. I am a sinigle mother who works in the social sector. I don't think I will every purchase a nissan again. I own a 2006 Nissan Sentra that I bought brand new and after hitting the mileage at which nissan will no longer take responsibility for its faulty cvt transmission it failed and I was stuck all 4 times my car had to get towed while i was with a client and had to get helped by my partner or a tow truck. I had to pay for new authentic nissan parts and the transmission was programmed at this dealership. My car "passed" and after a 1 week my car once again had to get towed. The embarassment the loss of wages and money spent on repairs tow etc. well ontop of that only then did I find out that not only had the transmission been assigned onto a different car with a different VIN number. I then found out that the reason I saw sticker residue with pricing and etc. and no one had told me why, the reason was because my rear drivers side window had to be replaced after being damaged! Regardless while I hope and believe this is all being sorted out by (invisible people) at Nissan I have spent weeks without a car for work, groceries, my children and etc. Not only am I hurt however wondering where the transparency is and I simply would like my car fixed and a sincere apology because I really am a real customer with a real problem with my car still sitting in a Nissan shop without getting the repairs and whatever else must be fixed doneā¦.i ask that someone please reach out to me I am not rude I simply want help. I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue recently and the experience was good. They have some excellent people in Tariq, Bob and the other person who helped to buy the car(forgot his name). On the flip side, they proba was good. They have some excellent people in Tariq, Bob and the other person who helped to buy the car(forgot his name). On the flip side, they probably have the worst managers any dealership could have. I had a rough treatment from the two managers and they don't want to hear what I had to say. I regret to chose this dealership for my car needs. From my experience, it is evident how human interactions and behaviors are important as I decided Concord Nissan because of the pleasant experience I had with Bob when he was at Walnut Creek Nissan and now I regret my decision because these two managers, one of them probably the worst a dealership could have and the others behavior is more of someone who wanted to be in the good books of his colleague. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Would give negative stars if I could I'm 21 years old and came here to buy my first car a used Subaru Legacy was told they don't negotiate and would not budge on the price so i paid in full and upon arriving came here to buy my first car a used Subaru Legacy was told they don't negotiate and would not budge on the price so i paid in full and upon arriving home I noticed all the wax they buffed the car with was rubbing off and showing paint chips all over so i then had to drive back an hour out of my way where i was told we'll make this right and paint it for you two weeks later i get a call the cars ready i came another hour out of my way to pick it up turns out they only painted one door which still has paint chips!? So I'm guessing didn't even paint anything but broke my window trying to take the door apart to "paint" and told me to take it to a Subaru dealership as they cannot fix the window there are you kidding!??!??? Worst experience i've ever even heard of someone having at a dealership don't go here unless you want to be scammed place is a joke! More
Awesome customer service I came in last week. Jack the service guy that helped me was so thoughtful. I wanted to get my brakes replaced because they were a little noisy. He s I came in last week. Sure enough my brakes were over 50% and I could live with a little noise in the Morning. What come to find out is normal for the age of my car. He could of sold me brakes but gave me good advise. More

The finance manager ran our credit and told us our scores that he got were over 100 points less than what we had! He wouldn't show us his report! He is everything that is wrong with car sales! Stay away from this place but if you go insist he shows you his report! If he won't, walk away like we did! The only positive in this place was the salesman Josue. I can't blame him for his shady finance manager. More
Can in for regular scheduled maintenance for my Altima Was treated by Service Advisor Jack. He is awesome. He explained everything to me what was being done for this visit.
