Rich Boyd went over and above helping us find our new Pathfinder. They had to reach out to other dealers to find the one we wanted. Rich kept me well informed of the process. Came in for service, check engine light was off. Following service the light was on, and I was told it would cost $100 to diagnose the issue. Had to call 3xs. Transferred to service phone just rings and rings and rings. No option to leave a message. We loved it but told Rich we Concord Nissan and our salesman Rich Boyd. We were shopping for a new car and the 2021 Rogue was the first one we drove. We loved it but told Rich we had several other brand cars we wanted to test drive before we decided. He was very helpful, knowledgeable with no pressure and we appreciated that. We test drove 10 other vehicles from several dealerships but came to the decision that the Rogue was perfect for us.
