I've worked in the auto industry/ customer service/bdc sales and service for years. Having never experienced the actual car buying process myself (strange I know. I appreciated that Rich did not try to push us into a different model than what we came in looking for, but was able to educate us more on the different features available with that model at different price points. We were able to decide on the perfect car for us with all of the features we were looking for! Jared was extremely helpful with financing and running numbers with us so that we could get a value for our trade that worked for us and hit the target monthly payment we wanted. The morning following, they were able to find something that I had left behind in my trade in that had immense sentimental value and return it to me. Definitely a great experience. More
