Jeremy Kercheval was a delightful sales manager to deal with, he knew i was on the fence spending money and never once made me feel uncomfortable and allowed me time to come to my own conclusion. Best Sales and Service Ever! Just bought a 2016 Nissan Altima SV and traded our 2013 Altima. Love the new features, especially the bigger camera screen and navigator. My wife and Just bought a 2016 Nissan Altima SV and traded our 2013 Altima. Love the new features, especially the bigger camera screen and navigator. My wife and I celebrated 43 years of marriage today and this car is just perfect for us. Living in NH, it gets cold in the winter and the heated steering wheel and seats are new features that we will appreciate for years! Rich Boyd is our sales rep and he is very attentive, knows the car cold and spent 15 minutes helping me to move all of our stuff from the 2013 to the 2016. Every time I have had service at Concord Nissan, the crew are very attentive to my requests, most recently to remove some tree pitch from the hood of the 2013. This is the 25th vehicle I have owned in my lifetime, so I speak with authority when I say Concord Nissan is the best dealership ever. More

Service dept at Concord Nissan went above and beyond when we didn't have an appointment, they managed to look at the vehicle and found all the problems we had tried several times to even get acknowledged at team nissan. Ended up buying a brand new pathfinder in the end. All personnel, no matter what department, were extremely friendly in every step of the process. They listen to your concerns and address them quickly and diligently and in the end came back with an offer I could accept. I would recommend Concord Nissan for service or for sales to anyone. More
